I would recommend Andrew. I connected with Bowleys/Andrew based on his good reviews to get a second opinion on letting my flat with complicated angle. He knew his stuff and was very open and honest and helpful. He was clear about the importance of matching a tennant to a property and making sure there were no surprises for anyone. Also gave good advice about ‘micro-markets’ and don’t become too anchored to a ‘benchmark’ price you’ve seen on the internet. The lettings market doesn’t quite work like that and it’s better to make sure you land a tennant who is going to be happy.

Andrew is the BEST agent ever. His enthusiasm and drive to get good quality tenants is absolutely amazing. He works at lightning speed day and night incl weekends to get a good tenant in. While agents from other companies were taking their own time to get the ad out, Andrew had already got a few viewings and offers! He kept me updated as well a few times daily throughout the process. My recommendation to all landlords is to just go with Andrew and forget other letting companies.

I definitely recommend Bowleys. They are very good professionnals and particularly reactive.

He successfully found a tenant for our lovely Marylebone Mews house and then found another short term tenant for our new mews house in Bayswater, before we moved into it.
