is everything you sell made in china? it is false advertising saying scandinavian designs and then not actually saying but this is in fact made in china , please put manufacture countries on your facebook and website ,yes it might hurt you but then again if people like it and they dont care about the carbon footprint they might buy them anyway i love the designs but i need them made this end of the planet please , at those prices i can get a real scandi one sent

I have bought a few cushion covers and throws now and the quality of the products is very high. It can take a while for delivery as things are shipper from China I think but well worth the wait!

I purchased one of their Scandinavian throws! The closest connection it has to any Nordic country is somebody in the Chinese factory seeing a Reindeer on TV. They give the impression that they are a European company but in fact the goods are sent by aeroplane direct from China. What a con, avoid at all cost.

Received my adorable cats, they are beautiful, I’ve lost both my cats now Alfie 16 and Tilly 1, I miss them so much. The two cats I ordered are stunning, so bright and beautiful just as I remember my babies. Amazing company, from the very funny email. Thank you

I wondered if I'd just thrown away $$$ impulsively. Not so. My beautiful Nordic blanket arrived much earlier than expected and I love it! I use it every day. Customer service emails are friendly and courteous. Based on this experience, I would purchase from them again.

I bought a Bird of Paradise reversible cotton blanket which has completely transformed my bedroom. It's beautiful, well-made and comfortable. It arrived in 13 days, well within the advertised time scale and in perfect condition.
I did check this page before ordering from a company I didn't know. I agree with the consensus that this is a trustworthy company.

I recently ordered a set of 4 sealife cushions. 2 cushions were exactly the same. So I am missing the Turtle cushion. I have sent several emails to them with no reply. Avoid this company with it's awful aftercare.

I live in Australia and have not used this company before. The kind and patient staff assisted me with all questions re ordering, converting currency, and processing the order. Tracking allowed me to be updated on the item and I was kept well informed. It arrived as promised on the expected day and time, in perfect condition.

The double throw is the perfect size to snuggle under for a nap or reading a book on a cold day or evening. It's soft, warm and of excellent quality and the colours are rich and beautiful.

It’s a brilliant company with great products or at least what I bought (a sofa throw) was of great quality and very beautiful and soft. The customer service experience is possibly the best I’ve ever had including great and appropriate levels of friendliness while remaining professional. The price was also competitive. I am an extremely happy customer.

Ok so I am going to try and be fair here. Bought a blanket 2 weeks ago for a friend's birthday. Got a notification 3 days later to say it arrived but checked with my friend and it hadn't. Looked back at my order history and now a tracking number has appeared to sat it's shipping from China. Check in again a week later and it's showing up at a depot in Slough. "Great" I think, only a couple of hours away from its final destination in East London. Unfortunately it never arrived however I raised an email and Liam responded very quickly with options to resolve. I decided to opt for a full refund. I appreciate this company is still in its early days and they have also received good reviews, sadly my experience of the actual receipt of the goods wasn't great, but the customer service and the upfrontness with which my complaint was dealt with fills me with more hope that these issues will be less frequent with time.

I placed an order for a throw blanket after being skeptical a while if the quality was going to be what it promised. I received a wonderfully cute and funny confirmation email (check you spam folder if you don't see it, thats where mine was) and received the item a couple of weeks later. It was just as gorgeous as in the pictures and the quality seems great. Really happy with everything. :)

I ordered the 'scandi bird throw' in off white/green. Colours true to the pictures and I'm very happy with the quality of this throw. It's not padded and lies nicely on my kingsize bed. Bow & Snow were upfront about delivery times (item comes from China). I have washed the throw and it comes up lovely, no colour run or loose threads. Will definately be looking at ordering another one in different pattern.
