Ordered 2 dresses on 19th of Jan, checked the tracking number and it showed that my Items were delivered 24th of Jan, I’ve emailed costumer care still haven’t heard from them. First time I ordered and never again.. lost 73 e..

The service at Boutique Luxury is unmatched and the quality of their bags and watches are equal to (and in some cases like Chanel, BETTER than) the in-store bags! I have a few bags and 2 watches and the quality is the same as when I bought them! Also, the customer service is excellent. Emails answered quickly and at length, they send detailed photos of everything and follow up on all sales until you get the order! Will never buy luxury from anywhere else!

I’m a loyal Boutique Luxury customer! Why? Value, impeccable quality products and GREAT customer service. I love Sofia, she’s so personable and a great person to work with. As others have said in these reviews, she’s prompt, thorough and sends pictures and videos before you buy BL’s products. I’ve purchased handbags and accessories and the products never disappoint. I gave this company 5 stars. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. Sofia is extremely friendly and accommodating! She responds to emails and inquiries promptly. If you’re looking for a specific product and you don’t see it on the catalog, Sofia will find it for you and ensure it’s exactly what you’re looking for. BL also sends pictures of the product for you to look over before your purchase if you’re unsure of the product. The quality of the bags are really great and on point, the presentation of the bag when it’s sent is impeccable! It comes with the box, dust bag, gift bag, and paperwork. No smells, just lovely. I’m sold, I plan to continue purchasing my luxury on a budget products from Boutique Luxury!

At first I was pessimistic about Boutique Luxury. Was looking for Prada Re Edition 2000. The handbag wasnt in the list of sales item. Chloe helped me to source for the said item from beginning till shipment. Admire her perseverance.

She sent me pictures and videos of the bag I ordered and she asked my approval before shipping it. When I received it, it amazed me how beautiful it is. It looks like the real thing. It's a very nice quality and will definitely do business with them again!

I ordered the largest one in stock so he has more room for when we travel. When it arrived he was so excited the minute I unzip the bag he jumped straight in so I took him for drive he sat up high with his paw on my shoulder. Excellent buying experience. Was kept informed of delivery information and received my beautiful bag within just over 3 weeks.It arrived beautifully packed with everything you could expect from a high end item. The bag itself is gorgeous - I am picky....it really is gorgeous. It smells just as it should - looks fabulous and I just can't wait to use it. I shall be buying more from this site......they are reliable and exceeded my expectations.

Finally got a the bag after some time but it's definitely worth it!

The package was safely wrapped and unboxing the bag is such a treat. The package was completely down to the tee with a receipt, other documents and of course, the bag! The bag is just exquisite and it has that new leather smell.

While it did take some time before arrival, the customer service was kind enough to update me :) Will definitely get a 2nd, 3rd.... nth bag.

Almost never replies back and I never received my order. USPS states it left shipping partner facility in Oceanside, NY. I live in Whitestone, NY 30 minutes away. I know for a fact that it does not take over 10 days to get something delivered in the SAME STATE. Opening a claim with my bank to stop payment.
