Bad Customer Service

This Company are awful I ordered what looked like a very nice long shirt in a mustard colour, received a very yellow cotton item very badly creased which has hung on a hanger for days still very very creased. Nothing like the picture, It was delivered to me in a small plastic bag, hence the bad creases, which was supposed to be a box and no invoice. I wrote complaining that it was not worth the money or like the picture on the website I had no idea that the shirt was coming from China direct to me. I complained the Company has no idea of customer service and after many emails was told to pack it up in the box with relative invoice and return it to China at my own expense I had asked for a prepaid label but this fell on stoney ground. Don’t use this company they sell things that look nothing like the pictures they use to lure you. I do think we should be alerted to the fact that goods come direct from China so we have the choice as to whether or not to order.
I shall carry on fighting to have my money returned the shirt is absolutely awful I thought I was buying something sophisticated as their picture showed not something which I will never wear and will end up at the charity shop. Judith

Terrible fake dress

They call themselves boutique elegance uk this is totally false their office is amsterdam but products come from China very misleading. My dress took a month to arrive it's a terrible quality copy of the picture bad material bad and missing stiching just awful.
When I asked to return it I sent pictures to prove the faults only to be told I could have 30%, of the price back or send it to China at my own expense.. I declined the offer stating that the site says UK they then offered 40% back but still refused to send an address to return it.
They now just don't answer my e.mails this is an awful copy fake company the dress was un wearable and I'm so disgusted they can get away with conning honest people .
Even their good reviews on the site are fake when I looked more closely they use the same ones on multiple dresses .Don't buy from this company its nothing but a con and you won't get your money back .
