Terrible quality. Bought a jacket and the pocket isn’t even sewn together. Going to try to return but haven’t received a reply to my email.

Product ordered, tracking given, item never left, chased and asked for refund. Tracking number disappeared, "Problem with order" promised full refund 7-10 days. 10 days later no refund "apologies, delay in accounts". do not buy from this site

Not from Montréal, but from China. They don't respect their policies about the 24h cancelation witch I did as soon as I say the clothes were sent from China. They now offer 20% refund or sending back the order at my expense to China. Clothes are no near to be as they pretend, poor quality and unusable. Don't trust them.

I ordered an item on April 20th, it is now May 31st and I still do not have the dress I ordered from Montreal. I think this is a scam! I would not order from them ever again!!

Do not buy from this company. They are based in Canada NOT UK. Returns are to China at a great cost. Quality of clothes is poor. The only positive, they did respond to emails and after negotiating, offered 50% refund on goods.

Don’t buy from this company. They’re based in China and will send you very poor quality items that are not as described. When you request a refund you’ll be told that shipping costs are on you and the items have to be returned to China. They’ll offer you a 20% refund instead. I think I’m going to have to take the matter up with my bank unfortunately.

It's all garbage! Every item cheap and not as photographed under the false name. They are shipping from China and it's up to the customer to RETURN their crap back TO CHINA at your own EXPENSE. They have gall to offer little to keep the crap. 20 per cent refund at best. Where is my money? Who benefitted from my transaction? Why are they protected?

I thought from the website that it was a boutique in Montreal, man was I wrong. I ordered 5 different things, all of them did not look like the picture represented on the website. I was sent the wrong item, and it took me 2 months to get it resolved. When you correspond with them, I believe you get a very nice written AI note. The clothes that come do not have labels on them and they come from China. Stay away and do not order from them.

I ordered & rec’d a dress from boutique-elegance Montreal & it’s huge so I’ve requested a return form as was indicated on their site. Haven’t heard anything from them yet & looks like only way to get in touch with them is via email. Would not recommend them.

Boutique Élégance which claims to be a Montreal based store that just closed its doors to focus on their online boutique is yet probably another scam. The pitch, presentation, pictures, prices and endless rebates make it look very much like another online Chinese Company. I wrote them directly to ask them about it. It took 2 emails from me and 4 days to get a response. It is well formulated (IA? & The exchange was in French-see screenshot) but they essentially recognize that their clothes are outsourced and mainly from CHINA. Don't be fooled. This may not be a Canadian company but a Chinese one. Canada and Montreal based are simply a facade. The ridiculous prices would indicate that you would probably receive some cheap products polluting the earth. AGAIN :( They have no shame so BEWARE!!!
