Bouqs- More than their flowers!
My daughter sends me wonderful Bouqs’ for many special occasions. However, this time I lodged a complaint about the frequent roses that simply never open. Bouqs proved they are the quality, customer friendly business they claim to be. They answered, communicated and backed up what they are so proud to represent. Building Trust
I unfortunately, didn't get the best flowers first round but the Customer service I have received as well as getting new ones replaced has been phenomenal and I hope she loves the 50 roses I am sending next. First time trying a subscription as well, I have high hopes for this company.

Everything but the subscription was clear. I couldn't figure out if it was like others who could schedule a reminder for once a year or if it had to be monthly or what. I tried to set up an annual subscription but it didn't seem to be available. So, no subscription.

Ordered for Mother's Day
Ordered for Mother's Day. Didn't show up. No response from the company until I wrote for a second time several days later. Had to dispute the transaction on my credit card before they would do anything. Then they cancelled my order and offered me another delivery. Not sure why I would do that when they couldn't deliver the first one or reply to me.
