I was really disappointed with my experience. The stand was overpriced, especially at around $450. Once it arrived, I realized it wasn’t worth the cost for what we needed. When I looked into returning it, the return shipping and fees would have cost so much that it didn’t make sense to send it back. Because of that, we ended up keeping it and trying to work around its limitations.

The quality is decent, but for the price and the lack of a practical return option, I wouldn’t purchase from Bouncepad again or recommend it to others.

Great Products, good support

Having a containment of the device with the ability to add a power delivery through the back is great. However, the screws on top are very difficult to access unless you use a spacer when mounting to the wall. That would be my only complaint. Otherwise, a great item!

It was an easy process to buy the product, and we received it pretty fast
The Only Downside Was that our table top at our counter was made out silestone and the screwers when not long enough
We had to find longer schools, which was not an easy task
It will be a good idea to send a couple of extra long skewers for this cases

I like the Bouncepad as it's easy to pop the iPad in and charge it. It came with all the things you need. I don't have it sealed down so it moves around a bit, which is perfect for me.

The product itself is exceptional. Fairly easy to install and looks beautiful. The reason I'm giving it two stars is because I was sent the wrong case. I had ordered exposed front and back cameras and received a case without the camera holes.

Once we purchased the battery pack extensions they worked perfectly!

Most things are good about system but the instructions were super hard to read cause they were super tiny. We also cannot get the power bank of the printer to fit under the actual bottom of the stand even though you are supposed to be able to. It is the right printer too which is frustrating.
