This is the first time we have ordered from Boulders. Unfortunately, the chalk bags we ordered were not available in the colours our children had chosen. We received an extremely apologetic and polite message from Iwan, and changed our order. He then posted our order using "Special Delivery" at no extra cost, to ensure the parcel arrived on my daughter's birthday.

We were extremely impressed and my daughter was thrilled that her new bouldering shoes and chalk bag arrived on her birthday. We will DEFINATELY order from Boulders again, and recommend them to friends. Thank you!

They answered my questions online, easy no fuss. They sent the shoes very quickly, they weren't a good fit so I call them to ask for a bigger size. They were very helpful over the phone and sent the replacements within a few days. Great service. Thanks...

Purchased 2 harnesses for my daughters. Far cheaper than my local climbing shop and a far better range.

Spoke to Ben at Boulders for guidance and advice prior to purchase and he clearly wanted to help and give good advice rather than just sell me something.

l bought two pairs of five ten projects from boulders. a price really was a bargain. so was a shipping fee.they kept me informed of progress of a transaction which itself went smoothly.

I ordered a pair of climbing shoes, which arrived really quickly. Unfortunately they didn't fit right so had to send them back to get a different size, which again arrived in a few days . Was very surprised (and happy) to be able to get my new shoes so quickly.

Really happy with the Five Ten Projects I bought here, at £45 they were a bargain and a great shoe, they arrived perfectly in time for me to compete in the rocfest in them - and they did well! Only slight downer is that there isn't a cheaper delivery option if you're not desperate to get them next-day.

Found range of rock shoes very good decided on this pair due to nice bright colours, arrived within two days my 7 year old was made up with them after going to local rock club my son said they were most comfortable shoes he had worn, also like the fact was able to pay using paypal, would use boulders again.

I was very happy with my purchase it was the first time l have used them, l ordered my goods on one day about 1.30pm, l couldn't believe it when it arrived the very next day.
