It was a fast delivery to the Netherlands. I am trying out the 30 days waves kit.
This is the first shampoo what not dry out my hair. I also love the conditioner. I also bought the proteïn drops, but I don't know yet if it works. The strong hold gel is strong and also good for refreshing. But on some days my curls disappear and it is fluffy.

I do love the products, whenever I've gotten them. But shipping is ridiculous! I ordered hair products on the 3rd of August,(to Ireland) 21 days later it still has not arrived!! It's a shame because I really wanted them to do my hair for a special occasion.

Marketing and way of usage also great, but waaaaaaaaaaay to many @mails please stop, sometimes 3 times a day its ridiculous🤪

Wrong items delivered, item broken during transport and very difficult to get in contact with the customer care. It takes days before a reaction and very slow in proposing a solution!!!

Edit: I've received a package today!
So it takes a few days for them to process it, but if you have a little patience the service is very!

The package was sent to my adres but the deliverer dropt it in front of my door (outside on a rainy day) when i wasn't home (atleased that was written on a note from DPD that was in my mailbox). Wenn I came home a few hours later there wasn't any package.
So I still haven't received the products I have ordered. I wrote a mail and got back a mail about a day later with the proof of delivery, i wrote a mail back that because I wasn't at home I didn't signe for the package and never saw a package. That is now 3 days ago and haven't got a answer back.

All good. I ordered directly from them because they have a bigger selection. Delivery was quick. Product exceptional!

I ordered (for the second time) shampoo, conditioner and some travel items. All came within the delivery time noted when I ordered and were as stated. Loving these products, such a distinctive smell that stays on your hair for ages after you wash it. I still haven't gotten used to the non-foaming shampoo but it does wash my hair so can't complain!

Boucleme really delivers the curls! My hair is gorgeous and smells amazing, very fresh and clean!!!
I have tried many products for my hair and they have all left my hair, dull oily, frizzy, ect. Boucleme is the first product that is truly designed for curly hair, that gets better and better as the days wear on.
