Bad customer service

I have ordered many time from ‘Bolltled Serivce’ in the past.
I received my order, and when I looked in the bag some items were missing. I called the number and was told that they do not offer refunds, but he would put it in their ‘system’ so that they would be included free with my next order.
The next order arrived, not only were the extra items not included, but the delivery guy called me a liar.
They have lost a customer for 2 cans of soda (portably their cheapest item0). Great customer service guys!
