My 11yr old received one of these bottles as a Christmas present. Having tasted the delicious smartie type cookies (which she made herself) I decided to send a set of two bottles as a lockdown gift to someone else. These were gratefully received and brought much needed cheer.

Hi Nick,
Oh that’s a shame you found that they came out dry for you. We’ve made 1000’s of bottles of cookies in the last 23 months and have only had positive feedback on them. They are an oaty cookie rather than a soft baked cookie.
I wonder if perhaps your oven was too hot or they were baked for too long. This could also happen if you made more than 22 cookies in one go as the mixture would make very small cookies and they’d over bake if you followed the timing.
