I have ordered from here before, so quick and easy, come's well packaged and alway's within the time frame..

Fast delivery, clear instructions. Takes the hassle out of buying all the ingredients, everything you need in one bottle.

Quick delivery, well packaged so bottles still looked great on arrival. Have yet to cook with them so can't comment on quality.

I have purchased a few Bottled Baking Co products from other retailers however they only have a small selection to it. The ones I tried I loved the idea and the quality of the products.

So I did add a few of the products that I couldn't get from the other retailers into my cart (signed in) but "abandoned" the cart due to the delivery cost to Northern Ireland. I did get an email from them and I explained why I abandoned the cart and they took the time to explain why and I understood where they were coming from. Responses to my emails were really quick.

After another week or so and adding more products to my cart I placed the order.
It did arrive sooner than expected (but think the weekend helped). The bottles were really well packed.
I did have to reach out to them about two main issues to the products I received. I did send them photos as required etc. However there was silence. So being concerned that the attachments could have been the cause I emailed a follow up twice (without attachments) after a few days and there was nothing.
I did use here to give them a 1 star in the hope that they would be able to see it and response to me. I don't know if it was that or my emails did appear but they did reply to me saying that they were looking into the issues.
Today (19 March) I did receive an email from them saying that they were replacing both of the products that I reported that had issues with.
Overall happy with the products and got there in the end with the communication (could be slow due to a small business/team so apart from being frustrated can't really hold that against them). :)
Would recommend it but if you are not on the mainland just place a large order to make the shipping worth it.

Fantastic idea, my granddaughter is a keen baker & absolutely loved the UnBee-liveable Choco-honey cookie mix! Fabulous Unicorn cake bottled baking mix too. Cookies & cake were delicious! Brilliant service, well packaged & arrived on time. Highly recommend.

I have purchased loads of these for nephews, nieces and cousins this year. They’re always a hit!

Great customer service. Items came well packaged but had packets instead of bottles on the cookies I emailed to say showing what I had received and received email back apologised for mistake and would send the bottles out. I received them the next day haven’t made them yet as for dog’s Christmas presents.

Good quality products and excellent customer service. There was a minor problem with my order which was put right (beyond my expectations) straight away.

Two items received out of best before date. Having to return for refund.

Very dissatisfied with products 6 months out of date being sent (they were meant to be gifts). Have to return at own expense. Whilst it was noted in small print not clear enough in my view otherwise would never have purchased.

Brought as a gift as advertised next day delivery as standard. Ordered om Sunday expecting delivery on Tuesday and still nothing. Don't advertise next day delivery on a banner on your website if this cannot be fulfilled. False advertising at its finest, will not recommended this company as now have a late arriving present if it ever arrives.

Edited to say tracking states was received by dx delivery today so was clearly not sent on Tuesday as advised. Avoid this company.

Just love the idea of baking presents for dogs . A lovely way to bake with your children too .

The baking bottles are amazing. I bought 1 carrot cake and pumpkin seed and banana biscuits for our dog's 100th birthday. The baking instructions are very simple to our dog is still enjoying them. So proof is in the pudding as they say.

They arrived on time and the design of the bottles are really cool. And it glass so great for recycling or using again.

I will definitely order more and some for us mere humans to. 5 stars for us

Gave these a try as fed up of hotel towels not being long enough to cover a sun bed! Did not want to take up space in our luggage with bulky towels. Purchased large in pink & white stripe and xl in blue & white stripe. Great sizes, quality and lovely and soft. Pack neatly in to their bags. Had our initials added also which we love.
Looking forward to using them on our next holiday later this year.
