Worst website that I ever work!

Worst website that I ever work!! Don't buy from them!

I buy them a box of wine in the 28th of December, and they reply telling me that the wine that I buy wasn't available, due to an error in the website. After that I send them my bank details, to they can make the refund.

Since middle of January, once that I didn't receive my money back, I write them an email, and the excuses have begun... inventory, will do it today, will check, etc, etc

I already send them 15 email, everyday and at this moment they don't reply to me, on a order of 93€

Run from this store, ITS A SCAM!!!

Extremely unprofessional and dishonest

I ordered 6 bottles L'Ermita 1997 for over €2,000. The website showed a perfect bottle and there was no advice on any damage. However I received 6 bottles with labels completely moldy and almost impossible to read. Do you want to present such a bottle to your guests? The only answer to my friendly complaint was that a bad label has no negative impact on the wine and that the wine is perfect. Despite further emails, the seller stuck to his point of view. There was no offer for a price reduction. Never again!

Jasper was very helpful but our communiations didn't work very well.

I asked for tracking information for my order and he said it hadn't yet gone in for shipping ... that was fair enough and I wasnt in a hurry to get my bottles but wanted to be able to see them in transit.

Jasper said 4 days back that he would let me have the tracking information ... then the wine arrived this morning !

At least it is here, safe and sound

Awful service and customer support

Awful service and customer support. I have ordered an expensive bottle of cognac. Before that I had email email confirmation from bottle advice that there were enough bottles available. Also their site was showing 4 available bottles. I have ordered one of them and waited for 1 week to receive my tracking number. When I contacted them I was said they no longer had available bottles and I was asked to provide my bank account to receive refund. This was a joke they were so lazy that didn't bother checking my order and issue a refund on it.
I had to contact their customer support 5 times later during the period of another week in irder fir them to refund my money.
I would never visit this site again!!!

Person taking care of shipments was apparently away and it took some time before the bottles eventually were sent, arriving late for the purpose they were ordered for (in fact, haven't arrived at all so far but the last delay is probably due to the company taking care of the deliveries locally)

Bad bottles were sold

Bad bottles were sold. When the store was made aware they offered a discount instead of a refund. The wine is undrikable.

Reply to bottle advice:
Dear bottle advice

I acknowledge that you offered a refund. But in comparison another shop at which I got a wine that leaked offered to arrange for pick up. You expect me to arrange (and maybe pay) shipment in order to fix a problem not caused by me.

As you probably know Tawny ports are meant to be consumed within a couple of years from bottling. The ports you sold have more than ten years in the bottle (and from the taste they have not been stored correctly). If a tawny or colheita is not freshly bottled it should be clearly stated when selling them.

A satisfactory solution would be new bottles or a refund. Anything else is a waste of time.

Dear sir Hofer,

We did everything to have you as a happy costumer.
We proposed you to send the bottles back but you didn't answer.
When we get the bottles back we could pay you back.
