Bad customer service from Pranith and botim for poor international transfer

Your customer service guy called Pranith is of no good to your service, he has a very rude and unprofessional attitude towards behavior.

I bet you, with this type of person in your company, you'll lose clients anyhow because I am certain that after this transaction I am deleting this app from my phone and never coming back.

I have sent money to a family member in the hospital to be used as a discharged fee. Would you believe its been two days now and the person is still there at the hospital without receiving the money and the bill keeps increasing as the day goes by.

Such a poor service.

All the agents I have talked with are not professional..I created an account of which my card was supposed to be delivered to me till date more than 6 months now..have called time and again even email them but no reply

botim money trasfer is a scam never depend on botim from uae

this app is not dependable for sending money from uae to india.I have been facing a refund issue since long time i have provided all the documnets asked by them many times.The money is showing in the app which is not returned into bank.I have contated the via mail and have given everything they asked for.But again and again they are asking for same documents.I think its just like any other scam app.Etisalats emoney i am using now and its better till now.

Botim Customer Service is a Joke

Botim Customer Service is a Joke. The worst ever, if u want to waste your time tome, energy and money call them. They will hold you on the line for 30 minutes without telling you anything what they are working on until u will lost your patience and hang up. As addtion, they will give u wrong timeline,details and falls hope.

Keep it up botim! Never trust again and dont waste your time here.

Never trust botim at all

Never trust botim at all. I sent my hard earned money to support my son study in canada worth 500CAD and 1360AED last Dec 23 2025. Unfortunately the app showing transfer completed but the money was not received by my son. the app is a full scam. customer service not available. emails only but till now money was not returned in wallet.

Poor customer support.

Poor customer support.
I have been trying to reach them for almost a week now through their official support email, but no response. As big as Botim, I wasn’t expecting for a customer support to be a problem. Frustrating man.

Very Poor Customer Support

I reported an issue with my BOTIM/PayBy account and submitted ALL requested documents, including Emirates ID and verification photo. Since then, there has been complete silence. My account remains locked and my money inaccessible with no explanation or update. This is unacceptable customer service for a financial-related platform. I demand immediate resolution. Until then, I do not recommend this service.

I paid AED 35 for a BOTIM prepaid card…

I paid AED 35 for a BOTIM prepaid card 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. Every time I contact customer support, they redirect the issue without resolving anything. No clear updates, no delivery, and no refund despite repeated follow-ups.

This is extremely unprofessional and misleading. Charging customers and failing to deliver the service promised is unacceptable.

Do not waste your money. This feels like a scam.

It’s so sad and heartbreaking that i…

It’s so sad and heartbreaking that i now have to come here with this review, the service is something else , it’s been a week I’ve been asking to cancel just 1 transaction and get my refund but surprising i got an email which says the issue has been escalated , how? And this isn’t the first time I’m having issues with this app but what to do will wait and see if they do want to refund my money or not because the recipient didn’t received it either.

Because of botim am being charge…

Because of botim am being charge unfairly because botim blocked my account and I can’t use other cards to make my load payments from CashNow how is this fair ?
Extremely disappointed the worst customer service I have seen nothing comparable 🤦‍♂️

Severe Mismanagement and Unauthorized Loss of Funds

My experience with this company reflects a serious breakdown in operational integrity. The funds in my wallet disappeared without authorization, and the company has not responded to any of my emails or phone calls. This issue also happened to several people I personally know, which indicates a systematic failure in management, security controls, and customer protection.

A service that handles customer money must demonstrate transparency and accountability. This company failed on both fronts. I strongly urge them to implement proper financial oversight and take responsibility for customer losses.

I mainly used the app for calls

I mainly used the app for calls as all the standard ones were restricted in my current location. The app has a user-friendly interface and a clear, intuitive design, which made registration quick and easy. However, I ran into some connection issues sometimes calls didn't go through, so I still had to look for other solutions.
