Worst shop I know

Worst shop I know. Ordered two plants for over €60,- but when delivered they were just 2 short stems with no leaves. I tried to contact them through the chat on the website and via email but no response. Keep your money in your pocket and don’t order here!!

Dear Customer,

we are sorry to read that you are not satisfied with your order.

Some plant species are naturally shipped as dormant stems without leaves depending on the season or growth stage. This is normal for certain plants and they will develop new growth once established.

However, customer satisfaction is very important to us and we always try to assist when a customer contacts us. We could not locate a message related to this order, but it is possible that it was not received.

Please kindly contact us again with your order number and a picture of the plants received so we can review the case and find a suitable solution.

Best regards

Absolute lack of integrity - Sent wrong items and refused to take responsibility

BEWARE! 🛑 They sent the wrong order, admitted the mistake, but refused to refund. Is this how you treat your customers? See you in the small claims court.

WATCH OUT

WATCH OUT. The order was sent by post office to the wrong country. After I asked them to investigate, they figured it out and resent the package without asking me for a refund, since the seeds require cold stratification, and when the seeds come, it will be March, so my money is wasted. Of course, they stopped answering my emails. EDIT: I received the seeds after a month, and the seeds do not sink at all. It is a sign that the seeds are not viable, because some should float, and some should sink to the bottom, but not all should float.

As mentioned by the customer, the incorrect delivery address was the result of a postal error, which can occasionally occur. In the meantime, the seeds were safely stored at our nursery under cold stratification conditions. We believed that sending a fast replacement shipment would be appreciated by the customer. All messages from the customer were promptly replied to.

First class experience using eBay to buy a plan

The Osmanthus fragrans came from Napoli and arrived carefully packaged and in excellent condition! I knew I would have to wait but I was kept up to date.
Very impressed that when I had a question about the plant I was answered very quickly.
I will certainly use them again!
