ZERO STARS

Bought 1 + a free "Batana Oil".
The two jars contained two custard-like smelly brown goo.
Very different from the photos on the advertisement.
I sent them an email where I received a nonsense story that Batana Oil varies once per jar.
It concerned the structure, hardened oil they advertise with or a jar of smelly custard-like goo.
They do not adhere to the 30 day return period.
No longer responding, in fact, the site is unavailable.
When I could give zero stars, I would have!
