I bought the Boston Market chicken parmesan frozen dinner from Kroger. The picture on the box shows shredded mozzarella on top. But there is NO shredded mozzarella on it. Then I read the ingredients - it has "imitation mozzarella in the tomato paste". That's the last time I buy Boston Market anything.

Disgusting frozen chicken fried steak meal. Steak was wafer thin. Not at all crispy very mushy breading from gravy already being on top with the majority of the meal being mashed potatoes. I will not waste my money on these products again.

I was craving for macaroni & cheese they were out of it, out of many dishes?, the manager wasn’t there, only one Petitte woman, no meat or some sides anymore all this happen @ at 4:15 pm. * On Sunday, April/14/2024. Only cash handle and no receipt given by them at all!! The manager should be fired for leaving this petite woman without help. I saw the testing telling her I’ll be there in 10 min and what about me COLD FOOD, NO PROPER FOOD HANDING and NO RECEIPT? Trey were two more costumers before me without the receipts neither. She was counting adding with her fingers and in a paper napkins, without the register. She was handling cold food, money without gloves and touching her nose. The chicken skin was tick like has been sitting for a long time there!! The whole corn side was all sagui and with mashed potatoes on it (I didn’t get mashed potatoes, the corn itself has mash potatoes on it) gross. The woman closed the store because she was by herself, she said she doesn't handle food. In the other hand, I saw the test the petite woman received from her manager, she showed it to me telling her after hours… she was coming in 10 minutes, the Petitte woman showed to me from her phone. I WANT ME RECEPT!!! The employe should be in JAIL, extremely POOR HANDING FOOD, these person I bet you “she doesn’t even have the handle permit from AZ.” without receipt and COLD FOOD and with poor handle food!!. This company is a SCAM and will steal your money! I ordered from them May 28th 2023 for a curbside order and when I got there and called for my order the told me they don't have any food, when I asked about my refund they said I have to do it the way I paid online when I looked online it didn't give me the option to do so. So I've been trying to get money back for months because they've told me I need to email a certain email address call certain number and all this bs and I still don't have my money back! I would give negative stars but that's not an option.

Boston Market was my "go to". Unfortunately, my most recent visit was one of the worst dining experiences I'd ever encountered.
I went in--- ordered one of the advertised specials--- was told that they were out;
I ordered the other special--- was told they were out.
Asked what they had, they pointed to a third special--- I ordered it.
Ordered the side dish, broccoli--- was told they were out--- I ordered a salad instead--- was told the only dressing they had was blue cheese. (Since I cannot digest that, I had the salad bare.)
I paid--- told they did not have gravy for my mashed potatoes--- I let it go.
Came with roll--- I was told they did not have butter/margerine--- I used catsup on it.
Chicken was not cold---but room temperature. I managed to eat some of it.
As I ate, lights turned out in dining room. I said something--- they said they did not realize that I was there.
A few minutes later, loud music came blaring from the kitchen--- it was all I could do to finish what I could eat of this "meal" and leave.
Got up to leave--- door locked (It was still not closing time). I asked to have it opened--- they let me out.
I tried to contact corporate offices, but negotiating the site was futile. (After an hour and fifteen minutes, I gave up.)
Terrible. Money and time that I will never get back.

11/14/2023 / So I'm trying to place a pre catering order for pick-up for 11/22/2023 so I call the 303-317-6900 many times today press 2 listen to the BS!! phone rings and immediately disconnects, well I'm not impressed on top of that I work for a High End Dealership and trust me looking at the negative reviews I have changed my mind and will do business elsewhere!! Wow Boston Market when they first open we could not get enough of it so obviously it has all changed over the years, and I see there are a lot of people that is very unsatisfied with Boston Market...I would say get it together Boston market, but with the reviews I don't see a clean up on this one!!! I must say this would have been a pretty big order! YOUR LOSS!!!!!

Hi, My name is Mrs. Davis, I placed an order online for Boston Market Grosse Pointe Mi on the 3rd of November. I didn’t know the store was closed. I paid online and went to pick up the food. The store is closed. I haven’t been able to contact anyone to get a refund. I use my Cash App card because I’m tired of using my normal credit cards online. Cash App refused to refund my money. Picked up a meal from Boston Market…
Picked up a meal from Boston Market today. I ordered a quarter chicken white me meal. The chicken was dry and under cooked. The Macaroni and cheese was runny and the cornbread was old. The cornbread was not their original recipe either. It was a total waste of money! This is not the same Boston Market! The menu looks the same yet the quality is no longer their.

I ordered 2 meals from the West Chester, PA store. Ordered crispy country chicken and regular turkey. Both with cornbread and creamed spinach. Mine was with corn and my wife's with stuffing. Ordered online. When I picked it up, there were two half rotisserie chicken with creamed spinach and corn and a slice of Italian bread. Very disappointed! But we were in a hurry, so we ate it. Prices are different also. I called the store and they said that is all they had. I should have been called and was not. The manager, Daryll, said it was my fault for not looking at the receipt. I will never go to a Boston Market ever again.

Very disappointed, first the food looked like it had been sitting there for a while very dry. Well, my order was getting chicken and I had a reward to get free mash potatoes. There was a problem with the app so the young man who was busy flirting with the next customer said he would hook me up. He charged me for a large container of Mash potatoes, I didn't ask for large and then forgot my gravy. So I asked him how was he hooking me up, it was by given me my senior discount which I would get anyway. The service is not the same. A couple came in after me and I guess after see the food they changed their mine. It needed to be refresh.

I have attempted to do business twice with Boston Market.
Each time, the cafeteria food looks very old and dry. It does not taste all that great either.

At 6:27 pm on may 9 2023 I walked up to the Boston market at 4310 w broad st Columbus Ohio just to find a sign on the door that said lobby closed drive thru only seeing as I am in a semi truck that is not an option for me so I tried ordering online to pick up at the curbside and they had all online ordering shut down so I walked up to the window and seen an employee inside as soon as he seen me he ran to the back of the store to hide so I tried not once not twice but 4 times to call the store phone number and no one answered this is a bunch of bull I have bought and ordered a lot of food at this restaurant in the past this issue and employee need to be dealt with immediately

I'm waiting to get refunded but the store in Palm Harbor, FL should be shut down in my opinion.
Refusing to pay their bills!
If I could leave zero stars, I would. We are a diversity company... woman owned and a small business who Boston Market contracted with to hire a contractor to do work for them. We paid the contractor's salary for months, then they like her so much they converted her to full-time. Now they are refusing to pay our invoices to the tune of over $35,800.00. Our contractor did the work for them... they benefited. This is hurting our small business, especially now! I just don't understand how a company can be so unethical. They won't even return any of our emails, calls or letters from our attorneys. They simply ignore every effort we make. We haven't even been able to talk with someone. I am in shock that a company as large as Boston Market thinks it's okay to just stiff a small business AFTER getting the work out of them.
Employees Don't Know How To Cancel An Order
UPDATED 3/24 - After dealing with Boston Market support several times, I received an email indicating that they are processed a refund. Oh No they DID NOT. I checked my credit card, and spoke to a rep, BOSTON MARKET HAS CHARGED ME AGAIN.
Now I have TWO CHARGES that need to be refunded!!

Today, March 22, 2023, I placed an online PICKUP order from your Fellsway Medford MA location.
I received a phone call from that location and when I returned the call, I was told that some of the items I ordered (Turkey) were not available. I asked to have the order cancelled. I was told I had to cancel the order online. I ended the call.
I went online to the Boston Market Website and there is no option to cancel the order. I called the Medford MA location back and explained this. I spoke to a gentleman that said he had no idea how to cancel an order. He then put me on the phone with, who I later found is, was the Manager named Tess. I explained the situation again. Tess said that I had to go to the website that I ordered from and have that vendor cancel the order. I again told her that I ordered from the Boston Market website, not a third-party website. She said there was no way for her to cancel the order. I asked if my credit card was already charged and she said YES. At this point, I was completely unsatisfied with the situation and asked to speak to a Manager, and that was when I found out she is the Manager. I asked for her Boss' name and contact info. I was given "Idir" and 508-431-0963. I called that number and left a detailed voice message. I have received no response.
I had to call my credit card company to have the transaction cancelled. I was told by the CC Rep that Boston Market is more than capable of cancelling the transaction on their end, and that is what should have happened. I now have to wait for the transaction to go from PENDING to COMPLETED in order for the credit card company to put in a dispute and get my money back. I need to call my credit card company back in 3 days to make sure this transaction is resolved.
This is completely unacceptable on the part of Boston Market. I will no longer do business with Boston Market again.

We can submit this to be refunded back to the card, however if you have already disputed the transaction we are unable to refund the card. The location cannot provide refund or cancel orders for online orders.
ME: Your response is also unacceptable. I'm a former Restaurant Manager. If any of your locations are out of stock on certain items, and an order is placed online, then PAYMENT for the order SHOULD NOT BE PROCESSED BY BOSTON MARKET when the store receives it without confirming with the customer that they want a substitute or to cancel. Again, unacceptable. Tess, the Manager of the Medford MA store was beyond rude and unprofessional. Again, you lost a customer.
