Charged 349 SEK Before Trial Ended – No Service Provided
I signed up for what was advertised as a 4-day free trial on a website operated by Boost Media Limited, supposedly offering a digital service. However, I was charged 349 SEK before the trial period even ended. To make matters worse, they only sent the login credentials a full day after I signed up—clearly a tactic to delay access and reduce the chance of cancellation.
Despite cancelling the subscription within the trial period, I was still charged. No service was delivered, and no refund was offered. This is a deceptive and unethical business practice.

After paying to be able to contact the landlords renting the apartments, you get redirected to other websites where the listings are no longer available. It's a complete SCAM. No one should pay for it.

First Listing already showed the true colors
I am moving to Sweden for Studies. After a couple of weeks I decided to give in and look up tenants and pay the intial 9kr a for 4 days. The first listing I clicked on, I was directed towards an external site. There I saw that neither the rent nor the duration of how long the appartment would be available was correct. This is the bare minimum one can expect from a service you pay for. They don't even have an E-Mail address where you can reach out to them. They probably don't want to deal with all the complaints. Don't pay the full fee, deifnitely not worth it.

God, I wish I have never found this website. I was desparately searchin for a place to stay in Sweden, and I thought the best way could be a local website, so bostadslistan seemed like a good option.
Anyway, I saw the deal which says that: only 9 SEK for 4 days, free rights to contact the landlords. GOD, AFTER THESE 4 DAYS, SUDDENLY I WAS SPAMMED WITH MAILS SAYING THAT I HAVE A PAYMENT LIKE 349SEK!
EXCUSE ME ???
I am not even saying the website was fully Swedish and I could not find the English version so I only wanted to accept the 9SEK deal. I REGRET IT...
ALSO, They are already copying places from Qasa, which is a free website at all.. Such a scam...

After 9kr trial period, I was charged 349kr for available housing notifications as stated on their website. But presently I wasn't bouyant for this. I sent a mail and it was resolved. I got half refund of my money which is great.
Obviously, I will consider them first for apartment search in the future.

Refund for timely cancelation - could be nicer
I received a notif from my bank at 18:44 that money was taken for a subscription, and I emailed the team at 18:46 because I was gone for the whole weekend and couldn't cancel. I let them know I missed by two minutes because this is what I went on from my bank charge, and although I was met with a bit of an attitude saying I'm lying about the 2 minutes (hence 4 not 5 stars) and that I can change the language at the bottom of the page (which I honestly just missed so I struggled with the website in Swedish from the beginning), they did refund me as I managed to cancel my subscription.
