PunchList had estimates for us the next day. Since this is for a home we would like to purchase, the time frame was important. Also they were very thorough. They priced out something we didn’t even remember so it was great to have a second pair of eyes on the inspection report. It was extremely useful to know the price ranges we were looking at. Chris was very thorough
Chris was punctual, professional, thorough and very kind. The estimate was even more detailed than I’d expected with pictures to illustrate his findings. There were virtual links to see what Chris saw in case you are not able to be present for the inspection, and for future reference. I was also able to use his report to send off for an estimate of all the deficiencies he found; I was able to receive the estimate in less than 12 hours.
Chris took the time to review his findings and answer any remaining questions. Would definitely recommend to others.

Highly Recommend Punchlist USA
Punch list was very diligent in making sure my project was done. A great vendor to use if you are closing on a property and want the seller to pay the repair fees. They made the process very simple and made sure I was satisfied. Dave Purdy call me throughout the whole process to ensure I was satisfied with the job and the cost of the project.
