Responsive and provided quality work. Always on time!
I appreciate Adam and his follow up on work that was in process and also completed.

The Contractor who performed the job was exceptionally professional! His work was extremely detailed, he left nothing undone. He made sure what I had requested was completed thoroughly!

My experience has been good because of the Clyde who helped coordinate the repairs with the people who were doing the job. Clyde is reliable and responsive. Whenever I called he answered and would find a solution. All the customer service with Bosscat has been great. I recommend them if you want a job done professionally and right!

I cannot say enough good things about the job Bosscat did in repairing all of the items that came up in our home inspection report. Whether it was plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, or general repairs, they were able to do it all. The subcontractor from Midsouth 615 did the majority of the work and they were amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and professional. It was great to have one company take care of all our needs instead of looking for different companies to do all the different jobs. Bosscat made the transition to a new home a lot less painful.

I have work with Charmaine, Tyrell and Ronnie. This company is great to work with, and I will definitely recommend.

Thankful for Charmaine! I am a realtor and BOSSCAT is very quick to respond when I am in a negotiating situation. Charmaine has made my job easier in negotiating repairs for my clients.

Our realtor recommended bosscat and I regret getting involved with them. Ronnie gave us an estimate and we were told the work would be done 3-4 days after we signed the service agreement and paid our deposit. 3 work days layer, we heard from our realtor that the work was scheduled for Tuesday so we contacted Bosscat and they confirmed. Then, it was pushed to Wed and then we were told they'd call us on Thursday to let us know when they were coming. On Thursday, Ronnie said he was going to stop by on Friday to talk. Apparently, his estimate meant nothing. I always assume you would talk to your professionals prior to giving your customers a quote but this is not Bosscat's way of doing business. They have you sign a service agreement, take your deposit and then double the price. The worst part is that my husband has cancer and we're on a timeline to re-establish his care in the one week break between his chemo, which we told Ronnie. Ronnie clearly doesn't care. His apology doesn't make up for poor customer service. He's all about making money.

So I’m one of the vendors that they hired to do work and they have no idea what they’re doing. They have no idea what they’re invoicing, for. They have no idea what they’re pricing things for. They don’t even have people on the field. This place is a dumpster fire, any vendor willing to work with them is going to end up working for free and fronting all the money up front. They are business plan is to offer the world to their clients and then hire a subcontractor and ask them to do incredible tasks for a ridiculous amount of money and then ask the contractor to cut corners to make it happen then when the customer gets upset, they will just throw you under the bus said you didn’t do what you were supposed to do and kick you out of the job site without pay Scam vendors stay away from working with this company .
They charged exorbitantly for minimal work and the work was so inferior it took more than a year and several different “project managers” to finish the job - and still low quality work. Hire locally!

The Bosscat process was so simple and convenient. I simply uploaded photos and descriptions of my pre-listing needed repairs and they scheduled everything within a few days.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do your self a favor believe what the others are writing and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. The biggest scam, waste of time and effort. They ruined my bathroom tile and expect me to pay $1000 for them to fix. I have been waiting since June for the projects to be completed and all they did was remove the items from my bill instead of actually fixing what they agreed too. They would say tasks were completed with pictures, the pictures were of someone else’s home. I have had multiple teams come to my home asking me what they need to do as if I was a contractor. They would show up Saturday at 7 am, Friday nights at 7 pm no communication ever. The entire company is fraudulent and should be shut down. I have spoke to multiple people at the company and all they did was send me a bill for incomplete, mediocre “work” and a bathroom that is now ruined because of their vendors. Don’t believe anything any of them say. I am still going back and forth with them about the contract and no accountability or apologies have been made. You’re better off doing the work yourself with your eyes closed.
People I have spoke with non vendors :
Curt Hartley
Sean Hoffman
Sussy Castilla
Tina Howard and others( lower tired employees )

Well it is now February 11,2024 and I had to hire crews to come in and do the items they didn’t even touch but said they completed. So far my total repairs to redo the work I paid them to do has a total of over 50 k.
Sean would never return my calls or would never meet me in person at the house. I honestly feel that he is way in over his head and has no idea how construction works.
If you have another company bidding on your job I suggest that you go with the other company. Trust me no matter how bad the other company is they can’t be as bad as Bosscat.
But they sure Right now as of December 17 Bosscat has not completed my job that has taken them over six months to do. The drywall work is horrendous. The paint job looks like a 10-year-old did it I don’t think they actually even know what painters tape is.
The job was that they were to take my home and repair everything that my years of dog rescue have damaged. I know my home was a lot to do but if each individual job was done to perfection, or at least correctly, then my house would’ve already been sold, and it would’ve been sold for top dollar. Currently I have moved out of the house into another home that I own to allow them full access to everything day or night.
So far, my bill for basically putting carpet in the upstairs painting the outside of the house and trying to pain the inside , replacing two windows and a door is a total of a whopping $132,000.
I have since received estimates or quotes on doing exactly what they have done so far to the tune of about $ 52,000.00.
They are supposed to come out and repair the contractors mess ups. But for now I have seen no repairs being done.
My current situation is that I have been offered 1.3 million on the property that should sell for over 1.6-1.7 million. So by there shawty work I am currently going to lose about $450,000 on my property after they are paid for there lack of work.
I have asked to meet with the CEO in person at my home. So they can see first hand the damage that they have caused at my home. Pictures are easy to cover up the mess ups. So if you’re the CEO and reading this please reach out to me and let’s complete my home that has taken over 7 months. If you can complete it the way you stated in the beginning I have no problem paying you top dollar for a job done correctly.
Thank you Lance White

I'm a Realtor and have used this company for listing prep twice now due to the valuable pay at closing option.
The first job was okay but service was poor and communication with bosscat was non-existent. Their field service manager no-showed our initial appointment. I had to communicate directly with the sub they hired and have him back out multiple times to complete or correct work.
This job (ongoing) I've dealt with a lack of communication (all loosely reactive, not proactive), poor attitudes from the field service manager, project manager making excuses at every turn as to why I can't get in touch with her. I've had to have them do multiple reworks now (on our third) due to missed line items and poor quality work. My clients are complaining about the workers using my client's ladders and standing on their furniture to paint etc.. as well as not showing up on time once.
I will never recommend this company again and don't suggest you do. They will make you look bad and do not care.

Highly Do not recommend this company. So far they have no showed two appts they booked, told me to text on a line they didn’t respond to, until today which is many days past the first missed appt. Today, on a Saturday they booked a wall repair which meant we needed to place animals in pet hotel as wall would be down. No showed confirmed appt, didn’t follow up with me, I let them know the work wasn’t done they had no idea the sub contracted work was never completed. I would highly recommend avoiding this company. Literally have failed every single point of the process in providing any service. The management company who manages our home should use literally anyone else.

The entire process with Bosscat couldn't have been any better. The technician did a very good job in tackling all of the tasks contracted.
I would definitely hire and highly recommend Bosscat to friends and family for their services.

COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!
Do not use this company! You can do it better yourself. Spray painting leaks and leaving fittings loose. 1500 for 30 ft of gutters and lots of items they didn't even touch! I'm suing them I would definitely go somewhere else!!!!!!
