Scam, BossCat is not a real company. They take money. They do not show up.
AVOID ! After reading the Bosscat response I feel that I must clear the record.. After much trouble getting an estimate from Bosscat I got one three weeks ago and booked an appointment for Jan. 9th at 9:00. I called Bosscat at 8:00 AM that morning. Tyrell at Bosscat confirmed that the pros would be at my new home at 9:00 Am just as we agreed. They did not show up. At 10:00 AM 01/09 I called Bosscat and Tyrell told me that he had not correctly confirmed the appointment. I called his boss, Jay who said he would work on it but after a few more calls they admitted that no one would come. The estimate will show that there was no roof work- some attic work, indoor grout, clearing a dryer vent. So any reasonable person can see that Bosscat's response is BS and it fails to recognize that weather in no way would have prevented the original schedule. BTW it snowed on jan 10 not on jan 9 - the date of the appointment. I requested a call from the Charleston leadership but they blew me off.
One final word. IMO the google reviews rating of 2.3 is well earned.

Great customer service and they are true to their word and warranty they will always get my recommendation!!!

They say the estimate is free but it’s a lie. The cost is $100. Don’t waste your time

New windows and basic repair work took 6 months, missed large patches in nearly $9,000 paint job which I highly doubt was two coats as listed, damaged hard wood flooring, damaged bottom floor carpet, did some "magic math" with repair items they didn't even complete to cover extra labor charges they didn't even get my approval for, I do not trust the head contractor or management one bit. I had the worst experience and have pictures to prove everything.

Adam was very Informative and knowledgeable. My buyer appreciated his insight with the repairs and we were able to negotiate an agreement between the buyer and seller because of the help we received!

Adam was very responsive to both my client and me. He addressed our concerns and moved quickly to respond to our requests.

**Edit** Bosscat contacted us and sent out a field team manager to review the work. They determined it needed to be fixed under warrantee and now we have more than just glue holding up our siding. I appreciate them fixing it and hopefully all will stay on the house this time!
We used this when we bought a new home and it was Punchlist. It is a crap shoot who you get sent. Two of our bigger projects- the deck and the house siding needed to be redone. After 3 more 'fixes' the siding is still falling off the house. We are now past warrantee for something that was never actually completed and the siding is falling off the house.

They were amazing!! They were so very thorough!!! Very pleased with the information they provided us. They were top quality !! Awesome experience

SCAM!!! This company is a scam and they try everything they can not to pay their contractors. They don’t have any knowledge on how to manage a job and the fact that they claim they are a tech company is laughable. They have one IT guy and they don’t know how to run their own portal. Save yourself a lot of trouble and go with a reputable contractor. The last 5 project
managers have been fired. That should tell you something!

Bosscat is a great option for homeowners who would like to put their home on the market swiftly without having to come up with the funding for important repairs before putting their home on the market. The contractors that work them a home were professional and did an amazing job. I was well pleased with my experience and what recommend them to anyone who is in need of their specialized service.

Bosscat was recommended through our realtor and we were very happy with the work they did for us. They were professional, did a good job, and pleasant to work with. I would definitely use them again if the need arises.

Ronnie has been a true blessing during this transaction serving my client who is a seller. From the very beginning, Ronnie was able to walk thru the home with us pre-listing to help identify repairs necessary to get the home list ready! He and his crew did an excellent job renovating the home with an extensive list of repairs including a new roof, new flooring, new hardy siding, new water heater, to name a few. The before and after transformation pictures are incredible! The home went under contract during the first week. My client also moved out of the country during this time. We negotiated repairs and once again Ronnie and his crew were right there, ready to work and knock out the repair list and my client was at ease knowing it would all be handled professioinally. We've added items throughout the process and have had no issues getting the work to completion! Thank you so much Ronnie, Tyrell and Bosscatt for your impeccable service!
