Update: Bossa responded to my complaint. The response was a stock answer just like all the others they have sent. And still no refund. I stand by my original review.
I returned my hearing aids after following all protocol. One box was never even opened. The other one was open for two days and everything was put back. Boss received my shipment on April 12, 2024. After numerous emails I still get the same response. Looking into it. According to their protocol, I was supposed to get my refund and 10 to 15 days. It’s past 15 days and no refund. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. And I will contact my bank. To see what can be done. Do not do business with these people. They try to hold your refund until I guess you get tired of asking for it. I am also going to check into their company and try to go up the chain to the person who runs this company or who owns it. I want my money back

I purchased hearing aids on April 11, 2024 and have contacted their customer service several times. I have attempted to call on several different phone numbers, (626) 829-1432, (888) 527-1564, (888) 568-8095, I have requested call back by their chose of #5 and only receive music when I answer. I would like to know what happened to my money or will I actually receive hearing aids someday. Please help me get a resolution to my order. Thanks!

The company continues to advertise saying shipping time is 1-2 weeks, and yet it has been almost a month since I ordered and item has not bee shipped. From what I read on the reviews I'm not the only person frustrated with non-shipment way beyond what was promised. Also from what I also read refund options, unlike what their website says, is difficult at best. How can you build a business when your customers are so dissatisfied.

Ordered on 4/10/24 and paid the extra fee for priority processing. Still no hearing aids. I keep getting generic responses from email and chat support. I will be canceling the order if I haven't received by May 8th.

Tomorrow will be 4 weeks since I placed my order and have no word about when it will be shipped. I accidentally placed 2 orders and asked for 1 to be cancelled and received a note that it will be looked into and have yet to receive a refund. I ordered them be cause 1 of my hearing aids broke but 4 weeks is too long to go without it. If I don't receive them by Friday I will cancel my order and go to Walmart or CVS.

I contacted Bossa today and told them I have cancelled my order due to the lack of any trustworthy answer. I order March 29/24. My credit card payment was processed immediately and was told the tracking number would be coming shortly. It is now 32 days later and several i mean several phone calls, chat line and emails. I was told it was be processed. Even told 48 to 72 hours i would receive my tracking number. None. I sent my last email last night saying i was done, cancel my order. They replied back saying i could not it was being processed. I have contacted my credit card and asked them to assist. I have heard they were good hearing aids however, it is not worth wasting anymore time I have already invested. I gave them the benefit more than once. They still failed. Pity. Too bad they don’t realize customer service is important. Be honest. I am tired of hearing that it is now at process centre. They should have slapped a shipping label on by April 1. It almost sound like your 45 day return policy is used up sitting at their warehouse OR didn’t have any to ship in the first place. Beware

I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly mother. She ordered a pair of hearing aids from this company on 27/02/24. Payment was immediately processed on the credit card she provided. It is now 30/04/24 and still no hearing aids. She has contacted them several times on her own and has been given the same standard excuses as related in many other reviews on this site. I sent them a message on her behalf on 21/04/24 asking for a refund.
We received a message telling us that her order had been processed on 19/04/24 and were provided a tracking number from US Postal Service. Well that turned out to be another tactic of this company as the product has still not shipped according to the US Postal Service tracking site. We will try and get a refund. From what I have read from other reviews on this site I am not optimistic there will be any positive outcome.

I returned the hearing aids ( I ordered on 9/7/23, order # 144189) and followed all of the protocols for the return to ensure I received a full refund. This return was accepted by Bossa on Nov. 13,2023 and it is now April 30, 2024 and with over 23 emails exchanged, I have yet to receive the refund. I keep get promises by the supervisor that Finance has been contacted multiple times yet they cannot tell me when I will receive it.
I have received MANY of the same responses that are given on the Trustpilot page, "sorry, we are looking into it," etc, but STILL no refund!
I am disgusted by the amount of time I have had to put into getting my money back with NO results!
This company should not be TRUSTED!

I ordered a hearing aid months ago. Had to return it due to fit. I’ve been waiting at least 6 months for my. Refund. I did everything that they requested and I’m not getting any results. This company is a SCAM!!
No one ever answers the phone.. and yet, they tell me to call them on the last review!

After I ordered I found out that the item was no longer in stock it was sold out so I was given the option to take a refund or they would send me the next best hearing aide with insurance all at no extra cost. After receiving my hearing aides I could not be more satisfied with my purchase

I ordered the Proton Max hearing aids on March 31, 2024. I have emailed Bossa 3 times. Each time I did receive a response. They stated the order was being processed. They assured a tracking number would be sent via email. I still have yet to receive anything. I also paid for expedited shipping.
I can not review this product because I do not have the hearing aids as of 4.16.24.

Hearing aids just hissed. When I called company to get help they just tried to upsell me.
I followed their steps to return them for refund. That was 3.5 months ago and I still have NOT received my refund. HORRIBLE customer service.
