Kept me in touch all morning what time they would arrive. New straight away what was wrong with my oven. Even had a part on the van did it there and then . The lovely man who came out was so polite and very friendly. SO pleased with Bosch will definitely buy another bosh appliance again.

Customer service was prompt and polite. The problem was that I had was responded to within 3 days.
Had a problem with the washing machine which was bought barely 6months ago. It was noisy at some point of the circle. I reported it on Friday and it was fixed on Monday morning. The response was amazing and I am very impressed with Bosch.

Although delivery took a little more than 3 to 5 working days, delivery was with in time slot, old machine removed with rubbish and new machine fitted and tested by the polite delivery person. Well done

My fridge/freezer went off on 8th September 2026, I phoned Bosch and a service call was arranged for 10th September. Service engineer arrived on time and quickly repaired my fridge/freezer. I was very pleased with the service.
