I was looking for a nice looking kettle, bought a Bosh one which was to heavy. Went into Borough kitchen an found the perfect light weight good looking kettle a bit pricey but you get what you pay for, the nice man gave me a discount as it was a display one. I love my kettle an very glad I bought it

A fantastic evening of intense learning and delicious results! A wonderful team (Al, main chef, and Grace, assistant chef) who gave clear instructions, useful insights and hints and tips that will stay with me when I bake at home. They also created a lovely atmosphere so I was very happy doing the course alone - and met some very friendly people. A brilliant night!

I have been looking to replace a knife for nearly 2 years and could not find it till i came across Borough Kitchen thank you for the quality of the piece and prompt delivery.

Great cookery course, even though I have been cooking Indian food for a while I learnt so much. Very educational, improved my cooking skills. The event was hosted by a great chef who was very good in explaining and demonstrating the various cooking techniques in a relaxed and enjoyable environment. I will be booking more courses.

But the baking trays are difficult to clean from time to time (Grease sticking, and rust buildup in the cracks under the edges of baking trays even if you dry them immediately by hand and let air dry fully on top of that, before putting away), and the rubber mats are the same (I do clean them after every use). But that is the case for all bakewear I think, so it's better to invest in good cookware / bakewear to make that job easier at least.

The other problem I had was one of the pans arroved a bit dented on the furthest edge, which I assumed was due to it not being dishwasher friendly (I made sure that no metal was touching it). Contacted the sales team and they said that it's reccomended that it isn't washed in the dishwasher. I pointed out that advertising the pans and pots as dishwasher safe when they actually aren't from the first wash is ableist, as these are expensive pans and a lot of disabled people aren't able to wash heavy objects by hand, so look to make sure to buy dishwasher safe kitchenware. They suggested that the pan may have been dented during production. Thankfully, that was the case, as my current pans (7 months later) are undented and in perfectly fine condition. It may be the problem of the companies that produce cookware / bakewear as not making products genuinely dishwasher safe, but advertising them as such anyway, so not completely the fault of Borough Kitchen.
