Fantastic customer service from James…
Fantastic customer service from James who came to give us the quote. I was 10 minutes late getting to the house, but he was very polite about it and said no problem. Blinds were ordered (as one was a curved bay) and they were fitted in just over a week. Great efficient service from all including James and the other guy who helped fit them. Would highly recommend and will use them again for other rental properties.

Excellent product and service
BB fitted roller blinds and rooflight blinds throughout my house. Look really good. The fitters tidied up after themselves and left everything in good condition.
My builder messed me about by changing the rooflights after BB had measured up and BB were very reasonable taking back the ones I ordered and not charging excessively for the replacements.

Was recommend this company by family. Couldn’t have been more helpful with our roof blinds we required but we had usual size windows and Taz found one that he hoped would fit. Ordered the 2 and thankfully they did fit so from date of ordering the blinds to fitting was 1 week. Would defiantly recommend this company now myself. Thanks 😀😀

Customer left in Awe of excellent service.
Couldn't ask for better service. The woman on the phone had the most gracious telephone voice ever to enter my ears and the gentleman who fitted our blinds did so with the finesse of Leonardo da Vinci himself. I hope my blinds break soon so I may have the pleasure of this experience once more. God bless Boro Blinds and God speed.

We ordered our new blinds on Thursday and they were delivered and fitted one week later. Very good service and exceptionally pleased with the blinds! The fitters who came were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. We would strongly recommend this company!

I am sorry our fitter turned up 15 mins early for the appointment. He must have finished slightly early from his previous appointment. We apologise for not being able to ring back with a price yesterday as we were waiting for a price from our suppliers & as soon as we received the price this morning we contacted you immediately. If there is anything we can do turn this negative experience into a positive one, then we would be more than happy to hear back from your self.
