Our shop fridge stopped working on 23rd December and these guys were out to look at it within an hour!! BTC have been very prompt and extremely helpful in sourcing and delivering a new chiller. They are very amenable, polite easy to communicate with. I highly recommend supporting a fantastic local business.
At 11.30 at night I got a response to a Website message after 17 minutes.
Engineer came the next morning, found the fault. Took fan away then did a custom modification to fit a new fan into a non standard fitting. All fixed by 1.30pm!
