Misleading product information, and very slow at handling the issue. (Brand CCDK Copenhagen)

Ordered a pyjamas set but only received pants, I contacted the customer service and waited for a week but they still just said they were waiting for answer from the brand responsibility.

Couldn’t wait anymore so I ended up returning the product.

The experience feels like waste of time.

I was a bit hesitant to place my first order after reading some of the mixed reviews online. However, I’m happy to report that my experience with the delivery was seamless :) The package arrived right on time within the 3-5 business day window, just as promised.

I’m taking one star off because the shoes weren't in perfect condition - there were some minor dents/creases in the leather. Normally, I might consider a return, but given the comments I’ve seen regarding the refund process and the fact that this specific model is currently very (very) hard to find, I’ve decided to keep them. They aren't flawless, but they're good enough to wear!

I had a very frustrating experience with Booztlet.
I ordered a pair of shoes based on the size description on their website. Unfortunately, the sizing information was inaccurate and the shoes didn’t fit at all. Because of that, I had to return them.
Here is the problem: I paid 59 kr for delivery, and then I had to pay around 70 kr for the return fee. So for a product I never used and returned because of their incorrect size description, I still lost over 100 kr.
This feels extremely unfair. When a customer returns a product because the size information is wrong or misleading, they shouldn’t be the ones paying the price.
In the end, I paid more than 100 kr for absolutely nothing. Because of this experience, I would much rather shop with platforms like Zalando and other more customer-friendly online stores.
Be careful before ordering from Booztlet. If you ever need to return something, you may end up paying a lot of money for a product you never even used.
