Shipping issues
Overall great company with great products -- but unfortunately in Spain the shipping is through DHL, which is the worst provider in Madrid. Please consider switching providers so that I can buy more :)

Do not shop a Boozt!
I have been a loyal and satisfied customer. Until an order had a minor issue. Boozt did not respond to my emails. And when they finally did they lost track of previous mails and asked for the same information. I have so far written more than 15 times to their ‘customer service’ over more than 4 weeks. The minor issue is still not solved. Worst experience I have had.
So don’t shop there - find another place where they value and reapect their custoners.
