Ordered from here like a mth ago said that my parcel had been delivered when it hadn’t and then they said well contact the post office even though they left no note of delivery and I know it wasn’t delivered as someone is always in!! Now they won’t even respond to my emails as I have asked for a refund, emailed them a few times NO RESPONSE!!!!

So far after several weeks, I’ve received 2 of the 6 items I ordered. I’m honestly scared to see what the other 4 look like. Quality is horribke, both items were sewn poorly and even one part not attached. Sizes run extremely small and do not look like the pictures online.. Do not waste your time or money with this company or similar companies with the same clothing line. I usually check these online shops out first but it kept popping up on my Facebook timeline so I gave it a chance. Regret doing so.

When I tried to return it I was told I have to pay to send it to China!
WORST FACEBOOK CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They blocked to me on facebook and marked my messages as seen without answer when I tried to return it.

I had no problems ordering from this website. I got my delivery after 1 1/2 - 2 weeks just as described on their page and the dress I ordered fits me nicely. The quality is ok, not the best, but it’s fair for the amount of money I gave.
I got my tracking number quickly and I could follow the travel all the way from China to my hometown in Denmark:)

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I ordered a pair of lace-up leggings on this site for $40 only to receive a pair of beyond cheap, hideous, baggy "leggings" one month later. It is nearly impossible to contact support or get a refund. There is a reason they don't have product reviews on their own site.

I ordered my item and than I read a few reviews and freaked out. I didn’t cancel because that’s where a lot of the problems seemed to happen for people. The item came in 2 weeks, exactly as described. Fits me perfectly and I had constant updates from the company regarding tracking.

I’ve seen reviews that say “don’t use this company if you don’t live in America” but I live in Australia and everything went smoothly.
