As always excellent service and brilliant printing of photos

Website was easy to navigate and adding and editing photos for the mug I purchased was very straightforward. Order arrived within specified time and carefully packaged to avoid breakages. The images on the mug are well defined. I will definitely be using this website again to order more photo mugs in the future.

It was easy to transfer the photos to the website. I received photos of different sizes and all were good quality. I took advantage of an offer. It didn't take long to receive the photos.

However you have incessantly sent me so many unsolicited emails asking for me to leave a review that I am forced to rate you one star out of five.

Overall, user friendly, once you get to know your way around the facilities. The only downside was the limited number of templates based on cover styles. I created a shared memory book for my sister, which I had delivered directly to her, so haven’t seen the end product. She is delighted with it.

The photos themselves are amazing, super high quality and everyone I spoke to is amazing but I was told not to go into the store to collect until I had an email but I never got an email. So I contacted customer support so simply passed me to the store. I went in eventually thinking I would just get an update and they said ‘it’s been ready for days’. Not a great service but the photos looked great.

Terrible service. The photos were not cropped properly and came in all different sizes!
