Great experience with Ryan at Boots n Pieces! My grandsons football boots look fab now they're personalised! We had a minor delay, due to a supplier being on holiday, but Ryan was completely up front during our long communication and when the final piece (a Saltire flag) came in he did the last bit of the required personalization in just 20 mins for us. He gave my grandson a tour of the workshop (& let him hold a famous footballers boots that he was working on!) so we had one happy grandson despite the wee while we had to wait. Ryan did everything he could to suited things up for us, no reflection on the service, and the boys look AMAZING!

Love these guys. Sorted out my sons boots pre season with a stud conversion and now I discover they’re probably the only place you can find replacement laces for Nike boots too (all other options I’ve tried are way too thick). Really friendly bunch who are clearly passionate about their work. 👌🏼

Great product, boots look great with blackout kit. I bought the wrong kit and they sent me the additional fabric dye for no charge. Great service and product.

I had a problem getting my boots delivered to them and they were very quick to reply and understanding of the situation. Once they did get hold of my boots the turnaround was quick and no issues.
