My order never arrived! Should’ve read the reviews, but knowing it’s sold in Holland & Barrett I assumed it would be a decent, real company! No contact whatsoever from them regarding my missing order.

Still waiting for my order . No response from the team. I am going through my bank to get a refund now . Absolutely a scam avoid . Wish I had read the reviews before . AVOID

I found literal pieces of paper inside my tea bags I tired to contact their customer service multiple times and am still yet to get a response

I would never order and put good money to this devious company who were happy to take $150 off me and give me nothing in return. I ordered tea last October- it is now nearly February and yet nothing.
I asked for a refund so now they do not even respond. I do not order online very much but this company is now responsible for me not ordering anything else on line - they are greedy cowards.

I would give Bootea ZERO stars.
I have placed my first original order on the 19th April 2025. They respond eventually to emails and all they do is apologise and cancel then reinstate the order number ( to pass you off ) I have threatened to cancel the transaction with my bank and I am fully entitled to a refund as failure of goods. But the lack of delivery and there AI written replies can get quite exciting. DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY JUST GO TO HOLLAND AND BARRETT TO BUY IT ! You will go grey with this company. They take your money and take you on a ride.

Really, really terrible customer service. I have been trying to ascertain whether emails I have been receiving from them are SPAM, but trying to get an answer has been excruciating. Why it is taking so long is beyond me, so will no longer purchase from them.

Bootea stay away from this company, I bought the summer package last June 2024and after constant complaints to them because I never received the items they re ordered the items ,that was in may this year I am still waiting for the items to arrive keep contacting them but they just ignore me so I’m 45 pounds down and totally stressed out that they get away with it.I have all the correspondence that as been sent and received and they talk the talk but nothing ever happens.

This company is a complete joke..... DO NOT purchase anything from them as you will not receive it, I ordered at start of May and still no order, I have emailed numerous times and they keep saying we are working on it.

I have reported it now to credit card company, as basically they have stole my money as I have never received my order.

My order was delivered by DHL on time and I was kept informed.
On opening my parcel one of the tea packets wasn’t sealed.
I sent an email and had a reply straight away- after sending proof I have received another email to rectify my issue.

This company is a scam as far I am concerned ordered the 7th of February and still waiting even though sent numerous e-mail and them making promises. Used Klarna to buy the item so at present they are dealing with this, hopeful I will get £34+ back.
Please do not buy from them

Ordered beginning of November, so over 2 months ago. Have not received my order and have not received a refund either and as of 7th January emails bounce back . I contacted them end of November for an update, to which they replied that it should ship later that week. A few weeks later they said they will get the order shipped asap. I have since requested a refund, however emails now bounce back. I tried the online contact form and the online webchat - no response.
Do not order from this company, they are clearly a scam.

In all honesty I don’t ever have issue with delivery, it’s always been efficient. But on this occasion, my parcel was delivered open and I’m missing half my order, appreciate this is a courier problem but the reason for my review is the professional ghosting customer service from bootea!!! This has put me off any future orders. Very disappointing.

Before this company was good they sent parcels on time. But now this company is handled by scammers they took money and not send orders i complain to my credit card company for refund they investigate and thank god i get my money back through my bank channel. This company shoud be banned now.

Over a month since I placed my order and I still haven’t received it. When I complained after 2 weeks I got an email that basically said be patient even though I’d spent £6.95 on next day delivery. I then had an email to say it had been shipped yet it’s now been 6 weeks and still no order.

I have placed an order on August 11th and cannot get it yet.
Wrote many times to their customer support but couldn’t get any human being to answer me.
According to their policies, a customer is entitled to a refund if it takes them more than a month to ship around the world and I am still waiting for my refund!!

This ruined my stomach. Used it for two weeks and ended up causing me IBS which months later hasn't gone away. I've had to have a colonoscopy because of this. Had perfect gut health prior to this garbage tea. Avoid at all costs.

I've tried the detox tea, the collagen tea, coffeetox and the little oats as part of one of their bundles. I'm not the biggest coffee fan but the coffeetox was a pleasant surprise. It's cool that it's ground coffee in a teabag with all those added superfoods. The detox tea and the oats are my fav though. Tea definitely helps me feels less bloated and more energetic and the oats easily fill me up so I don't go digging around the snack drawer.

WARNING: HIGH RISK! Avoid placing orders on this website if you reside outside of the UK. I encountered significant issues with my order, which was held up in Spanish customs for a frustrating two-week period. Moreover, their customer service team neglected my emails for over a week. Adding to the ordeal, customs is demanding a payment nearly equal to half the order's cost, and Bootea has declined to cover this expense. What's more, they failed to inform customers about these potential customs charges before making a purchase. Regrettably, I'm now out £150 and will be declining the package from customs.

Customer service is amazing, had a slight delay in shipping as coffeetox is out of stock but they've refunded the money spent on delivery and split my order in to two separate shipments while being super polite!
