Good comms, prompt delivery (particularly bearing in mind I'm based in New Zealand).

The box was completely jacked up and had been retaped in transit. I do not know if everything is still there as it is a Christmas gift and won't be installed until after Dec 25. The delivery driver asked if I would still accept it as parts were rattling in it. But it is metal and can make some noise. I accepted the delivery as I was told I can not open and look if I don't.

I'm glad that we purchased the larger size bag. We use it for our tent. First time used, we drove through one of the worst downpours of the year; the car leaked, the car boot leaked, but the boot-bag contents were bone dry.
Excellent in use. It's goes down as my purchase of 2022.

Our second purchase (original was the fantastic Boot bag for our MX5 - simply brilliant!) and this time it was for the Revo-Rack. Another product that delivers on it's promise. Does what it says on the tin, just like in the ad and youtube videos. Rack sticks to the boot like glue. Easy to put on and a doddle to take off. Customer service second to none too!

Not only did the Boot-Bag Group get me set up with the most appropriate boot rack and bag, but they had it shipped and ready to go in a timely manner. Because I live in the USA and the rack/bag came from Holland, I was worried it wouldn't arrive before my trip. However, it came 2 days before I was to leave. The fitment was perfect, and the rack performed *exactly* as advertised.

My Solstice convertible has a new luggage rack! I ordered it on 10/9 and received it in Maryland,USA on 10/17. It took me about 5 minutes to assemble and fit it to my Solstice. The fit and finish is top notch and the rack seems rock solid. Communication with the seller was quick and easy & I knew where the rack was at all times. The Boot-Bag Group is a first class organization purveying a quality product.

I drove to Italy - 1100 miles - with my boot bag. The journey would have been impossible without it. The bag is easily attached to the car, snug and secure. At evening stops it’s easy to detach and remove from the car. Boot-bag are a great company: when I ordered a new strap recently at the weekend, I thought they would send it out during the week. They despatched it immediately, I was very impressed with their super speedy helpful service.

I purchased a boot bag as I imagined it would save fitting a boot rack which might damage the paint, we tested the bag on the boot of my mgc and it was impressive! But when we actually packed for our weekend away the bag fitted in the boot as it’s quite large but not too tall, so it’s great to have that option! The only downside was carrying the bag once you have reached your destination, coz you can fit a lot of stuff in it, best to share carrying if possible but love the bag.

The Bootbag is a good product, well made and it fits the car well. We haven’t had a chance to try it out yet but I’m sure it will work well. Very pleased.

really like the rack - went on very easy and was light enough for me to use. Planning on doing a long road trip with it this week

A great product! I can now fit an extra person in my convertible for weekends away, due to the extra luggage space it provides. They have brilliant customer service too. I had an issue with my boot bag, and the company replaced it straight away. They even sent me a new boot bag before I had even returned the old one!

This is a no brainer,superb product great price, fitted my Fiat 124 spider.

Assembly instructions were a bit confusing, but when I asked for help the customer support was immediate. The rack is solid and robust

I needed extra luggage capacity for my MG Midget and the boot-bag did the job perfectly. Quick delivery. Well made, easy to fit and remove, lots of room, secure and weather- and waterproof. Not cheap but a great piece of well-made kit which I was very glad to have.

Product arrived swiftly….from the Netherlands to North Carolina USA. Well built….do go online and watch installation videos a few times. Seems very strong. Will use in a few weeks.

Back from vacation and our luggage rack worked as advertised. No bungees, straps are best.
