Waiting for 7mths for the funds to be transferred to my super..

Been a member 7 mths and made at least a dozen purchases and only had one amount paid. The first was transaction was in July 2024 and Im still waiting for the amount to be transferred. I've contacted them and they said it takes time. Im wondering how long these scammers hold the funds for before handing it over. Don't waste your time. Search for the cheapest and then deposit the difference in your super !!

There are a few reasons why payments can take longer than expected. We do provide these reasons on our website including in our FAQs. They include:
- Travel bookings are not approved until travel is consumed
- Each shop has their own payment cycle that generally varies from 1-3 months after approval. A small number of shops only do 2 payments per year.
- As we have a large number of shops, every month there will be a couple of shops that make late payments
When shops are late to make payments, we chase them up at the end of the financial year. Although, payments are sometimes delayed, they do eventually get paid.

I found this site so easy to sign up to…

I found this site so easy to sign up to and use. It was straightforward and logical, which I really loved. Living in a remote area, I do a great deal of shopping online - this way I reap extra benefits just by doing what I usually do anyway and I love that this goes to my super.
