Occasionally the system is a bit frustrating and won’t let me purchase an instant voucher, but customer services at Boostworks always respond quickly to my request for assistance.
There's a few idiosyncrasies with how the vouchers and the discounts work that you figure out by trial and error. Right now I have to wait 24 hours before I can buy the voucher and it's already delayed me buying the things I want to buy for a day. The support responds about a day late, often to say "that's just how it works, don't do that again" i.e. no refunds, no discount on vouchers you buy with your balance, and whether or not you can make payments seems random, and all you can do about it is wait 24 hours to try again. Quite a lot of agro to try and claw back the membership fee. I'm probably breaking even and it's annoyed me a bit. Worth it if you plan to buy a lot, possibly not ongoing.

Raise a query on 31st March (253604), chased on 8th April (which just raised another number 254219) - still no response as of today 17th April.
I have been trying to add funds to a reloadable card (which I do every month and have done for the last 3 + years).
Get all the way through the payment process, put my card details in and get "Unable to retrieve user billing addresses from the API".
This has happened previously and been resolved.
Tried phoning Boostworks today to get a message saying lines are closed for training and it goes dead, no option to leave a message or anything.

Boostworks organise discounts and special offers to particular groups. When one of their discount codes didn't work I raised the case with their customer service team. They asked for a screenshot of the rejection message, which I supplied within an hour. Three days later there has been no response, despite a reminder. Complete waste of time!

Got access to boostworks through my umbrella company. Their website locked me out of my account as I was trying to buy vouchers for a laptop. Tried to resolve this with them, but they're simply not able to run their own website. I say that as someone who's worked on websites for almost 20 years.
They then lied about what happened to absolve themselves and their faulty, out of date website of any responsibility. Will be feeding back to my umbrella company about this - hopefully they'll consider using a more professional company in future.

More lies from boostworks in their reply below. I was locked out after one attempt to buy vouchers, not because of anything I did but because your outdated website failed. Pretending you can't override your own website's 'automated' rules is an interesting excuse. Either you don't know what you're doing or you're too cheap to hire people who do.
And I did contact you to resolve this. Funny how I've received more of a response from boostworks after writing a public review detailing your unprofessionalism... nothing more than pr.

Boostworks provide a facility for a charity to which I subscribe and their services to date have been excellent. I had reason to get help recently from Customer Services who were very responsive and helpful.
It's a great concept, but why oh why does using your balance for paying part of a voucher mean that you do not get cashback on the balance paid for by debit card?
I can see now there is a warning about not "boosting your balance" at checkout but I'm fairly new to the app and didn't realise what that meant.
I lost out on about £5 worth of cashback because it auto used my balance of £3.60 so I'm now feeling a bit ripped off..

The customer support team responded quickly and did all the needful in refunding the amount within days. They keep me updated with every single progress. I have used this benefit webpage only a couple of times and I never fell disappointed. Admittedly to make the most of it you must tweak your shopping habits but you are going to get used to it. Recently I did a mistake and Merv from the helpdesk was super attentive and helpful.

By mistake I deleted a Morrisons instant voucher. I asked if it could be retrieved and in less than an hour a link was sent to the voucher.

I had a query with cashback which hadn't tracked. Called them up and the issue was resolved very promptly within a couple of hours and received email confirmation of the update. Excellent, first class service...other companies could learn a lot from the service I received today. Very, very impressed.

I contacted Boostworks about an issue we had with renewing our membership through National Trust. I spoke to Merv, who was very friendly, polite & helpful, he listened while I explained my problem. Once Merv had all the information I gave to him, he explained clearly, what he was going to do, to try & resolve my problem. He explained that he would have to contact the suppliers of the voucher, then he would contact me as soon as he had a response from them, which is exactly what Merv did. I recieved an email from Merv explaining that my problem is now resolved & I will receive a full refund within 5 working days. Once again Merv was very friendly & polite. A great service to be proud of. Thank you.
