I hate to call this a scam because I did receive the cards and stands. However they did not include any directions for set up! I was able to get one out of 10 to work, all the others go to a dashboard link on Boost my reviews. I have contacted support via email as that is the only listed way to get help. I sent 3 emails over the past 2 weeks with no response. Don't do business with these people! Waste of time and money

Readers don't work as advertised!!!

Meant to be able to leave a reviews without google account but this doesn't work. have tried on multiple devices. resetting the NFC tag code but this all makes no difference. Very poor product.

Have tried getting in touch with support but they never reply. Seems like a scam to me.

They shipped to the wrong address then said it was my fault and I would have to pay for shipping again.

Absolute garbage. Bought a google card , instructions don’t even make sense, no help from support. Absolute waste of time don’t bother

We just had our 61 year old lavender bathtub refinished by a technician from Fibertech. In a day and a quarter, Leroy, the technician, transformed our worn-looking light purple tub to sparkling white. Leroy was efficient, obliging, and very neat. He took great care to ensure walls and floor were covered and did a thorough clean up when he was finished. I would highly recommend him and Fibertech.

ABSOLUTE SCAM !!!! order the cards and never receive anything ! You don’t get any replies from there “support” email address . There is literally no way of contacting them !!

My recent experience with Boostmyreviews has left me utterly disappointed and dissatisfied. I cannot emphasize enough how dreadful it has been dealing with them.

Upon ordering 10 Boost Google cards and 1 Instagram card, I was excited about the prospect of effortlessly gathering reviews, as advertised on their Instagram and Facebook ads. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when I realized that the process wasn't as seamless as portrayed. Instead of a simple tap-and-review mechanism, the cards turned out to be NFC cards, redirecting users to a designated link.

The real trouble began when users attempting to leave Google reviews through these cards were confronted with the arduous task of logging into their email accounts and navigating through Google's stringent 2-factor authentication process. This was far from the hassle-free experience I had anticipated, especially when compared to the simplicity of typing our company name into Google Maps for a review.

Seeking a resolution, I promptly reached out to their support team, Ella and Christina. However, instead of acknowledging the issue and offering a viable solution, they resorted to a dismissive stance, refusing any returns on the grounds that I simply "changed my mind."

This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. It's evident that Boostmyreviews' advertised promises do not align with the reality of their product. What's more, the exorbitant prices charged for these NFC cards, which can easily be acquired for a fraction of the cost on platforms like Amazon, only add insult to injury.

Furthermore, the lack of transparency regarding their return policy - with no mention of "final sale" conditions on their website - further underscores the deceptive practices employed by Boostmyreviews.

To exacerbate matters, a cursory glance at their website reveals yet another instance of deceit. They claim to have garnered over 25,000 reviews, averaging a stellar 4.67 out of 5 stars. However, upon closer inspection, it becomes apparent that there are only 14 pages of 11 reviews each, many of which are repetitive. This manipulation of statistics serves as further evidence of Boostmyreviews' fraudulent practices.

In conclusion, my experience with Boostmyreviews has been nothing short of a scam. I strongly advise against patronizing this company, as their misleading advertising, lack of accountability, and manipulation of review data make them unworthy of any consumer's trust or business. 👎👎👎
