Very quick response and follow up calls. One agent didn’t respond within 24 hours so had an immediate email with option to choose an alternative. Not sure how accurate valuations are though as huge difference between them?

We obtain more information than any digital valuation and we provide a lot of additional market data to the agent. You will recall that you choose the agent and therefore it is your decision who provides the valuation and who will contact you. The local knowledge of the agent and what is happening in the local market is often crucial to what price can be achieved for a property. SmartVal gives you access to that local expertise. Once you have had a SmartVal you can easily book the agent to come out to your property whereupon they will give you a more detailed on-site assessment.

Complete waste of time. I got one initial quote (which was ridiculously high according to Zoopla) but then went round in circles trying to find others. Never did,

Great
Valuations from agents came back almost the same and they came quickly. Good, quick way to get an idea what your home is worth and what the agents would be looking to list it for.
Gives you a chance to add quiet a lot of details also so it’s not completely generic.

It was an easy service to use to get evaluations from local estate agents. However the valuations varied so much amongst the 3 I received that It’s not really helped me understand how much I can spend on my next move.
