The delivery time was relatively long, as after this purchase I also bought from Hong Kong and Germany and received these packages long before this delivery. But this was not the biggest problem, but even though this was a refurbished product, I expected it to be complete, which it was not. Several of the accessories were missing. As shipping is a large part of this product, it is not worth complaining. I thank you for your offer, but I will not use your services in the future.
Having searched extensively for Chanel Egoiste in the old-shape bottle with lid and bottle of same width, I found it advertised on Boometics.
To be sure it was that exact packaging, I wrote to customer service who assured me it was the product pictured.
Confident of their reply, I ordered the 100ml bottle as the 50ml was sold out.
Upon receiving and opening the box, I was disappointed to find that it was in fact the new-shape bottle, which I would not otherwise have bought and certainly not in 100ml size.
The reply from customer service when I wrote to complain and request a return & refund was that it must have been a mistake, and with a link to their refund policy stating that returns are only accepted of unopened packages and at the buyer's expense. So tough luck, basically.
I am very displeased.

I was so happy to find this item at Boometics as I’ve used it for years and it seems to be impossible to get hold of in Sweden (or is it discontinued?). It took a while before I could track my order, maybe due to our national postal service, so don’t get too worried as it was fine once it reached Sweden.
I ordered eye liner, hand wash, cleansing liquid and face mask and got my order delivered home to me.
Very satisfied with the products I ordered and very happy with Boometics.
The prices are much cheaper compared to others.
