Non Response to Complaint over 2 weeks old and Conor now not responding
At this point, it has been over two weeks since I filed my formal complaint with BoomerangBet — and I still have not received a single update, despite numerous follow-ups.
To make matters worse, the representative who originally confirmed I qualified for the 10% cashback bonus — Conor, their VIP agent — has now completely stopped replying. The newer chat agents also stopped responding mid-conversation, leaving entire chats unanswered.
This isn’t just poor service — this is a complete breakdown of their complaint-handling obligations. Any legitimate operator keeps clear, timely communication, especially after confirming a promotion in writing. Instead, I’ve received nothing but silence.
I won’t make false accusations, but here is what is factually accurate:
When a customer files a complaint involving account data, chat transcripts, and promotional qualification, it becomes a data-related request under GDPR Article 12 — requiring a clear, timely response.
BoomerangBet has provided zero updates, no timeline, and no explanation, which is completely unacceptable for a regulated operator. Their public Trustpilot reply claims an “active investigation,” but nothing has been communicated privately, contradicting their own statement.
My Experience With Conor
• Conor confirmed the bonus.
• I relied on this confirmation.
• Conor then disappeared and stopped responding entirely.
• Two weeks later, still no update, still no resolution.
Anyone reading this should be extremely cautious. If a casino confirms a bonus in writing, then later denies it and refuses to answer complaint emails, that is a huge red flag and also highly illegal.
I am sharing this so others know exactly what kind of treatment to expect:
• Confirmed bonuses are later denied.
• Staff disappear mid-complaint.
• “Investigations” exist only in public replies — not in reality.
• Complaint emails go unanswered for weeks.
I will now be escalating this matter externally, because the casino has left me no choice unless I receive a clear and concise reply within 12 hours outlining where we currently are with the complaint.
*update* I was assigned a new VIP manager - Marcelo. He immediately made sure my complaint was escalated and dealt with within 24 hours. I was credited with the owed cashback and my withdrawal was processed within a couple of hours. I had completely lost trust in the casino but I feel as though his actions deserve a change of the review

They offer you a deposit bonus, but you do not get it unless you play 6x through which they hide to the best of their ability, and they refuse to offer a refund when I have contacted support, and will not let you withdraw without betting, so I’m sitting with 150 dollars that I haven’t played with but cannot get back. Not Receiving Withdrawal
Wow I thought I was the only one who finds it suspicious about a withdrawal taking so long. For me it's been about 4 days and the email response always says it will be reviewed by finance department. But now I am starting to understand based on everyone else's review that I will never get my withdrawal of my winnings from the World Series. If nothing happens by the end of this week I will have to use all of my social media connections including FB , Tik Tok and start spreading the news that site is a scam.
