Asked for a review and as soon as I gave the thumbs up, closed the chat and basically said that I cannot claim the welcome bonus because I chose the other option one was 30 -10 cent spins and the other was 80 euros worth of bonuses. Closed the chat in my face and didn’t give me a chance to respond. Don’t waste your time or money here. There is a lot better crypto casinos out there, just thought I’d try this one and I regret it. The best casino I played. I been around diffrent casinos sites for years. The problem with them usually starts when you have to withdraw money. I had some luck first time I played there but without problem or questions my money was transferred from the casino account in to my bank. Made a few withdrawals since and always the same. I have already contacted the customer service VIP manager 4 times, but I receive promises that are not kept. they promise it will be approved within 3 hours - but nothing happens. They promise to find out and email me the results, but I receive nothing. I realize very well that these contacts are also limited in their options, but the average response time on chat is 10-15 minutes per question. that is very unpleasant.
