Sadly, as others have stated, complete and utter shambles. Over a week now, payment obviously taken, no dispatch nor shipping update, no response when contacting their customer service. Have given a final 24 hours for them to respond then will take a case out via credit card company as it seems this is a regular occurrence for them.

Do not order from these guys. A complete scam. Package comes from china. Size are totally wrong and are nothing like as advertised. They say you can return them which is great. If only they let you have an address to return the to would be even better.

Order 2 pairs for my wife. Took over a week to arrive. Product was not what we were expecting and didn't offer any lift or extra support. I have tried to return the good but there is no procedure on their website to do this. I have emailed several times without response. I'm beginning to think that's it's either a scam or they are in about to go into admin. DEFINITLY AVOID

Ordered these and 3 weeks later, no product, no email with shipping details and no response from support despite multiple emails. Have had to claim back money through my bank.

Very poor customer service. I received my order and had a problem with it. I have emailed the company four times with no response.

Right…..I wish to be fair. Having had several orders before I have had no issues. Unfortunately on the recent purchase I have had a delivery issue. I have e-mailed the company several times but they fail to reply. So as customer service goes in response to direct contact it is shocking. So a negative review in hope this is read by the company to encourage some basic customer service response to resolve the problem.

Pants got a big tear after just 2 months, have tried to contact them daily for 2 weeks but no answer.

Scam!!!!! No item received and don't answer emails. They take your money but you don't receive your goods. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

No item received,zero communication after sending emails and messages on there FB page .
Don’t buy from here scammers

In the past I’ve order 5 or six pairs for my wife.
Our last order never arrived. Tracking came back “lost”.
Reached out to Boombooty who replied that “sorry, we’re going out of business”
Now I’m seeing that they’re still trying to get peoples money.
DO NOT BUY FROM BOOMBOOTY, unless you want to throw away some money.

Submitted a massive order with boom booty and 2 months later still haven’t received the delivery, have had no responses to email queries, there is no phone number to call.
Really bad customer service and no refund forthcoming.

Response from boom booty suggests contacting them directly but they have no phone number, their email address doesn’t exist, they don’t answer messages on their Facebook profile.
There is no method to contact them directly.

Ordered on 3rd May, after they stated they were having a closing down sale. Recieved order confirmation, but nothing else, tried emailing however the email now does not exist! £60 on leggings and nothing to show or no way of contacting seller!

Avoid at all costs – refusing refunds while still selling!

I returned a pair of leggings as instructed, using tracked shipping at my own expense (€30). The package was delivered over two weeks ago, yet I heard nothing. After following up, I received a generic email stating the business is closing and they’re no longer processing refunds—but somehow, they’re still selling products on their website?!

That is completely illegal. If a business is still taking orders, they are obligated to honor refunds. To make things worse, they ended the email saying they’re no longer offering customer support and have ignored all further contact.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM – they are keeping customers’ money with no accountability!

They are very long in the leg . Mine has started to fray all 3 pairs different ones and all the left inside leg. Emailed to tell them this 0 reply.
Then over 20 days to arrive …. All in all would not order again which is a shame

Order came in two weeks, pretty ok. Size is quite small and the v-shaped waist didn't work for me, it was way too low. Had to return and it was no problem. However you have to pay for shipping even though they promise free return... Money came after 1 month. Also don't believe the reviews on their site. They don't publish bad/under 4 star reviews :D

Excellent service. I had to contact Boom Booty and they were very helpful in resolving my problem. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. Good quality leggings

Although there was a fault with the item we received, however this was soon rectified with an amazing response complete with a replacement item.

I ordered in early January, and my package has been sitting at the carrier with zero updates for 13 days! I’ll be shocked if my package ever arrives!
