Boom Holidays 

Bearing in mind this company was still advertising holidays (which I nearly went in for) as recently as around approx a month ago, this is very concerning for people who have already bought tickets.

This company appears to have gone bust. The website just says:-

This site is no longer available to view.

It's been like this for a few weeks now, and nothing has changed.
I emailed them using the contact info given on Trustpilot. This is the response I received:-

Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address:-

info at boom-holidays.com (sorry, I had to change the email address to allow this through)
Unable to deliver message after multiple retries, giving up.

This company has experienced issues before, but resolved them.
Each time, they have resolved the issue(s) and they have let us know as to what is going on i.e. if they would be continuing or not.
Clearly, something has gone wrong with this company. The fact that they have not even sent out a customer-wide email to inform their customers speaks volumes.

I can only hope that they have had the decency to contact people who have already paid i.e. to let them know about their refunds.

The fact that the website says it is no longer available, rather than just saying that the company no longer operates, is really poor.

This company clearly do not worry about their customers. The fact that thay have vanished without a word speaks volumes.

The company went bust holding money from many people. The lesson is to never believe those fake reviews they ask you to do a second after you buy something and have no idea how it is going to end.

no communication at all and then just closed down without any refunds.

New to this so not really won anything

This website offers great prizes to places that are unattainable to most. The ticket purchasing process is easy and the tickets affordable. Crossing fingers I win the holiday to Bali!

The eye catching website page really caught my attention. After looking through the amazing prizes on offer I could not resist having a "you have to be in it to win it" moment, and promptly won a trip to New York. By the time I had told my wife the good news the Boom team called,. Everything went smoothly and commend the team for the great communication, and of course, great prizes. Highly recommend them.

Have now entered several competitions with BOOM and have been very happy with the service provided. Site is easy to navigate and competition entry is quick and straightforward with fast order confirmation.
Delivery of a prize is fast and efficient (I had an instant win in a recent competition) Customer Service team are helpful, quick to respond to email and a joy to deal with.
Live streams are entertaining and well hosted with clear and transparent draws.
Have been waiting for some time to find a comp site dedicated to travel and this one could not be better. Very pleased to have joined the BOOM family and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a bit of fun and the chance to win outstanding travel prizes.
