Due to the pandemic, my training in Thailand was at first rescheduled. Currently, Americans are not allowed into Thailand, so I cancelled the rescheduled date 34 days ahead of time. The teacher confirmed my refund as per their policy (full refund with 30 day advance cancellation), but 2 weeks later I received a customer service email offering a voucher instead. They have refused to send my refund. After I filed a dispute with my credit card company, they have also sent follow up emails stating that if I complete my dispute, they will not provide me with a voucher "regardless of the dispute decision." Very un-yogi-like company.

I've cancelled my Yoga Retreat and this company has promised to give my money back:

"Our finance team is doing their utmost to have all requests processed as soon as possible, however, due to the current situation the refund process may take up to 4 weeks or more to be done"

After waiting for almost 5 weeks, I did receive an e-mail concerning a voucher that I will receive valid until April 2021. As I am still a student and need to wait until the coming summer, I don't see any reason why this company need to hold my money for 1 year. In addition, the yoga school also promised me to give my money back as well. This mediation company has no rights to keep my money. Due to the low amount of liquidity, I am also highly concerned if I will ever get a refund...

Please don't book here. They use false conditions to claim your money.

Booked a yoga retreat in France but was forced to cancel due the current crisis. My refund was confirmed and I was told the money would be returned within 4 weeks, but on chasing it today I was told I may have to wait 8 weeks or longer for a refund.
The retreat itself does not hold the deposit, it stays with the company so it's unbelievable that this company thinks it's acceptable to hold on to customers money.

BookYoga -I don't want any one to 'reach out' to me I do not want a string of platitudes, I simply want my deposit back.

They refuse to sent me my refund!

I booked a yoga teacher training for may on Bali. Unfortunately and for the known reasons the training is cancelled on 16. march and since then and despite several e-mails asking for my refund they refuse to transfer me my money back. That is definately the first and the last time I trust bookYogaTeacherTraining.

The teachers are the best! Helpful and knowledgeable. And the teaching goes above and beyond yoga. A far more holistic approach. The ashram is basic but comfortable. And the location amazing surrounded by trees. I definitely recommend this course.

Based on the quality of the yoga school I went to (Vinyasa Yogashala in Rishikesh), I am very happy to have found them through here. I could not however speak for the other schools.

Bookyogaretreats.com is fraud platform to book yoga teacher training course and book yoga retreats, because use fake content to attract student and fake yoga photos of location, accommodation and teachers.
I am Yoga Teacher from Rishikesh, My Teaching photos are stolen from my facebook account and used by Shivalya yoga and meditation center in Pokhara, Nepal. after my first review still my photos are not removed from bookyogaretreats.com.
So I am making aware world yoga community ever never book any yoga course from this scam website, otherwise you will regret on yoga decision and will have worst yoga experience of your life.
