Simple to use system, and I needed to take a break for a couple of months, and was advised how to do that, just one click of a bottom!!!

Bookwhen is so easy to use and well worth the money. You can easily edit events and set repeat events, which saves so much time.

Every time I've needed help, the staff have been supportive, and the guidance articles are brilliant too. So glad I chose them!

The customer support team are really helpful. It's straightforward to set up and for the customers to book. It could do with a few more features, but they are always working on developing it.

Easy to use
I've been using Bookwhen for several months to take bookings for my Forest and Beach School groups, its easy to use and someone always gets back to me promptly if I have any queries. I recently upgraded from the free package and now have payment on booking which has saved me so much time in chasing people up for payments. Would definately recommend Bookwhen.

Using the Bookwhen booking site has freed up a lot of time for me where I would have previously been replying to emails and texts for places in my weekly classes I run. It was easy to set up and also to administer.

Loving the Bookwhen system. I find it reliable, robust and flexible. So fits my needs and if ever I have a query or problem, the help facility is my go to. If I am still stumped, the chat/online help team are quickly there to guide me, offering backup resources if necessary.

The site is really easy to use both as a customer and as an admin. I have used the customer service help chat facility more than once, and they always get back really quickly and make their instructions super clear. I'm not a great tech person but I have always understood what they said, and they always solved my issue. Would definitely recommend.

For a small monthly fee, it’s saved me loads of time and more importantly, saved me loads of stress in chasing customers for payments. I can customise courses, info and payment options, add discount codes or block booking discounts for customers. I get payments for courses much easier and earlier now than I did before, I can simply send customers the link to the site on WhatsApp rather than the old fashioned email and bank transfer payment which needed endless chasing. Customer support with the online live chat is great. I’m sure there are many more advanced options which I haven’t even tapped into yet but I do look forward to continue using Bookwhen for all my future course payments and trying out more new features over time.
Most of all, thank you for making me run my business more efficiently and saving me crucial time, which I can now spend with my family.

Always helpful chat line. Very easy step by step instructions if we’ve had any problems which have always resolved any issues. Very good . Would recommend as a booking site for your business.

Setting up an account is very easy and quick to do. There is lots of information to help you through the process and if you need further advice the responses on the chat line are very quick and helpful.

Very easy to set up, always had help if needed. Went between different levels on the system when not busy, they suggested to save money. Could not have been a better use of my time and a little money. Saved a serious amount of time previously spent chasing payments, emails and booking. Now I just sit and watch the bookings come in.

We evaluated a number of booking platforms before selecting Bookwhen. We were particularly looking for solid integration with platforms like Stripe and Paypal. The cutover to Bookwhen has been seamless and the support from Bookwhen for the few minor tweaks has been excellent.

I’ve been using Bookwhen for my business for a while now. I’m very un technical & every time I have an issue, the staff are amazing, very helpful & respond quickly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They have gone out of their way to accommodate my business needs. Highly recommend!
