My experience with this bookstore was excellent. I was shocked at how quickly my order arrived—within just two days—and the books were in brand-new condition. What impressed me even more was that the prices were incredibly low, about half the price of books in other stores. As someone who loves reading but hates spending too much money on books, this website has been a game-changer. It has allowed me to enjoy reading at a price I’m more than comfortable paying. I will definitely order from them again!

I ordered a set of driving test books for my daughter online , but another family member had bought them . i emailed to see if i could cancel my order .
I got a quick reply back and they cancelled my order and sent a full refund .
These guys provided a fast and kind service and would highly recommend supporting them and will look forward to purchasing from them in the future .

Only got sent the wrong thing once and they got my correct order out to me in 2 days from me raising the issue. The person I spoke to was great as well.

Pretty shocking really, no reply to any emails sent, or to their web form regarding missing items.

More shocking to see people on here have received at least a reply to their botched orders suggesting they do enjoy cherry picking what they reply too.

DO NOT USE! They Initially sent me the wrong books, I queried this and they said a replacement was on the way…. It never come, I emailed them a week later and they advised me it had been “misplaced” and they could send another…. I explained they were a Christmas present and asked if they can send another special delivery due to running out of time now, in which they replied they issued a refund instead, giving me 2 working days before Christmas to try and buy these books now. Terrible customer service and they could not care in the least. Will never buy from again

I added to my original order and this was dealt with promptly. However I didn’t receive the goods within the expected timeframe so after eight days I contacted the company and they said the parcel must have been lost but had not been returned to them . I was then offered a replacement order or a refund and I choose to have a replacement order sent out which I duly received two days later . I was very happy with the way I was treated .

Customer service (or lack of) was just very unprofessional and gave a ‘couldn’t care less’ attitude. Ordered some books which stated 3-5 day shipping, after 7 days I had not heard or received any “dispatched” email or had any attempts at a delivery. Contacted customer service, I received an email back saying “will look into this and get back to you”. The following day I received a dispatched email, no explanation as to why my order had been missed or taken so long to dispatch and apology for this! A sorry can go a long way!
I finally received my order 14 days later!

Very impressed by Books4People for their customer service today. I placed an order early on a Sunday morning only to pick up an email saying my Mum had bought a similar box set of books for my daughter's birthday. I contact Books4People and within a few hours they had kindly cancelled my order and refunded my money, despite the fact that the books had already been picked and packed. Will definitely be back in future.

Not sure what they’re like when dealing with them directly but ordered with them through the TikTok shop. First red flag is that they use Evri as a delivery company, second is that if Evri steal your order or deliver it to the wrong address, these people refuse to replace your paid for items, even when you have photographic evidence showing it went to the wrong address and that there’s no way of you tracking down which property it went to.

First impressions? Stick with Books 2 Door or Amazon. Won’t be trusting this company again.

So impressed with this company ordered a 24 book advent calendar. It came very fast. It was heavy great quality absolutely beautiful can't wait to give it to our little one. Its a keepsake will definitely return and order from this company.

Books4People were great. We had an order delivered for a christening present and it was missing the box the books were meant to be in. I called them at 4pm on Friday and they dispatched the box by express delivery and it arrived Saturday morning. They were friendly, polite, prompt and helpful. I would def use them again.

Books4people delivered my order swiftly. The books were pristine and well protected.
Throughout, they kept me informed of the progress of the order.
Excellent books and excellent service

Ordered two sets of 12 books. Got sent one set of 24 books Christmas set which was £9 cheaper on the website with numbers in spines and Christmas pattern. Got told best they could do was refund £5 and if I wanted to return the wrong item they’d sent me I’d have to pay the postage. Eventually they agreed to refund the difference but never got the correct product I had actually ordered.

Great prices on the books. Great customer service, easily available by phone. My book got delivered but it was damaged due to delivery. They replaced it within a couple of days, all free of charge.

Good value for money, great selection of books, consistently quick delivery and wonderfully prompt customer service

I was looking for some cook books and found books4people they are cheaper than a lot of other sites and had a good collection.
Great choice of book at amazing discounts service is great, the books arrived very quickly.
