Strange for a writer to pen an article about a book publishing company! First, second time author I couldn't have been more disappointed in working with Book Publishing Professionals. That would be an understatement. Basically, I purchased the Platinum Contract for $9800 and two magazine interviews for $3000. Out of the twenty something items that I purchased it was my mission to see that the contract was fulfilled by countless calls, emails and threats. It has now been over a years and half and still at least five big items were never fulfilled. Even the website they choose for me I had to tell them about Search Engine Optimization, and they had all the wrong keywords and searches associated with my book. Whenever there were issues they easy answer from them was that party was out sick for a couple of weeks. I probably went through at least five/six associates. Jay the manager leader is a lot of big talk, but no results. Still considering a Specific Performance Lawsuit against Book Publishing for not fulfilling the contract in its entirety. Anyways buyer beware and do your homework!

Scam artists keep promising to make sales after thousands invested. None sold after a year.

Book Publishing Professionals are scam artists. They took over a thousand dollars from me, and delivered nothing of value, and never offered me a refund. Their attention to detail and quality of output is very low. I tried to work with them, I tried to explain what I wanted, but their people are just not skilled. They changed things I didn't want or need changed. Attempting several rounds of changes resulted in significant delays to my project. In the end, I delivered my own book 3 months late. The only thing they provided me with was an ISBN number, which I could've got on my own. Even their sales manager argued with me and refused to give me another ISBN.

Ben has been attentive to my concerns since he started working with me on the book. He has kept me updated on status as well as being timely in reaching out to see if I needed any additional services or assistance. He is very personable and has been easy to work with.

Creating my first book, Oh My...I Can Fly!, at age 72 , was more than a publishing experience- it was a true faith journey. The team truly respected the spiritual foundation of the story and helped me remain confident in the vision God placed on my heart. Their guidance allowed me to move forward with peace, even when things didn't go perfectly. One of the greatest joy of this journey was seeing how creative the illustration team was in seeing this story come to life. Each illustration captured the emotion, warmth, and faith woven into the story so beautifully. They didn't just accompany the words--they elevated the message and brought the story to life in a way that exceeded my expectations. I am deeply grateful for this experience. First of all, I never dreamed I would be an author at age 72. This journey has been incredible and, at times, a little daunting, but the staff at Book Publishing Professionals has lived up to their name. Each consultant assigned to me over the past year has done an outstanding job. They are professional and courteous, and they take the time to explain things thoroughly.
I believe strongly that we are here to build special relationships with certain people God brings into our lives, and many of these will endure into eternity. I am thankful for Dr. Jay, Rhea, Nathan, and Carol, and for the relationships we have worked to build with one another. I am in the process of getting their valuable help in publishing my 4th faith-based Children's book.

Very unprofessional, lying sales man who’s is very money hungry ! I asked for my unlimited revisions and I was told that I had to pay again! Total highway robbery !

They scammed me, and their website has been taken down.

Watch out for these guys. I started off with a fee of $6500 to publish my book. They slowly kept asking for more and more money, up to $2100 and they have not published a thing.

They did not listen to my request; I have books already printed and just wanted to get them on Amazon to sell. They said they told me it would not work, but I do not remember that. They were able to unlock my account with Amazon, but for $299, it was pricy. Now that I am able to get back in my account, I have closed it up. To use Amazon, you do need a professional service.

When I talked to the company initially, I told them I had a box of books from 17 years ago that I wanted to have Amazon sell, I stated that a number of times and wrote an email to that effect. I also said I was off the site due to inactivity. I was connected to Shawn Mylar who did a good job of getting my account up and running. However, he was unaware that I wanted to sell a box of books only, not to have them electronically downloaded and sold to multiple platforms, as is the usual work activity. There was miscommunication between people at the company. I do not have a problem with paying the $299, I was able to have my Amazon account closed. I needed them to get me back on line.
