Extremely disappointed and honestly feel scammed by Book My Learning. I enrolled in the SAP FICO course and paid via EMI. Before I paid, their representative never once mentioned any non-refundable policy or showed me the Terms & Conditions — that only came up after I asked for a refund.

The batch was promised to start on 14th july. It got postponed to 25th July. Then, about ONE HOUR before that session was supposed to begin, they cancelled it. Now it's been pushed again to 16th August — over a month past what I was promised, with three different dates and zero actual classes delivered.

When I asked for my money back, I got a copy-paste response hiding behind a "non-refundable" clause that was never disclosed to me at the time of payment. In my experience, this is exactly how a company operates when it never had any real intention of running the batch on time in the first place — take the money, keep pushing dates, then refuse to give it back when you finally lose patience.

I've filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and I'm taking this to the consumer court. Do NOT trust their sales promises. Get everything in writing before you pay a single rupee.

​Before I paid, the sales and management team—specifically Deepak Arya, Sachin, Rohan Sharma, and Riya Kaur—promised me 100% job placement and career security. However, once they process your payment, all communication shifts, the promises vanish, and you are left completely abandoned. It is a complete trap designed to exploit students looking to build their future.
​To the BookMyLearning management: Do not bother reporting this review as "fake" or "unverified." I have preserved the official invoice proofs of my payment and clear email records showing exactly what your team promised versus what was actually delivered.
​Save your hard-earned money and look for an honest, accredited institute. Do not let Deepak, Sachin, Rohan, or Riya mislead you into this trap.

To be honest, everything about this company is fake. Let me explain in detail.
1. They don't have an office; the office they mentioned on Google is a virtual office in the WeWork building.
2. They started on 4th July, 2025, so it's just a 10-month & 8-day-old company. (ELEGANZ BOOK MY LEARNING LLP is 10 months & 8 days old, incorporated with MCA on 4th July, 2025)
3. To all the people who have purchased their programs, they promised 100% Job guarantee, but unfortunately, they are all being scammed by Deepak Arya. Deepak Arya started this scam, and he's the main person behind this. So if any of you reading this or getting a call from Deepak arya/, Dheeraj Arya(Deepak's younger brother) / Sachin (Deepak Relative) / Riya (Deepak's sister) / they are all working to deceive people. So please beware of such a scam.

They are charging different course fees for every single learner, so please Be Vigilant Be Cautious for such Fraud.

They way trainer provide the class and teaching the lot if student and handling in a same batch is very impressive.

This seems like a scam because the number of calls texts they send for admission ,, I have never heard abt your company before. they started too early and pretending to be from the last 5 years. they are pretending to be old but as per records avaliable on Google they are new. Please be aware of such company
