I enquired on Monday the 16th of February 2026 for a PASMA course, for 1 delegate. I was informed that it was a minimum of 2 delegates for the course to go ahead, so I added an extra delegate.
I was informed via email that the course was going ahead, and I made full payment, being told that I will have full course details sent to me.
I called this morning (20/02/2026) to follow up for full details to be sent to me. I was told that the training was never going ahead, and the closest one they could get me on was an hour and a half away from the original destination. I went ahead and booked this one.
An hour later, I received a phone call to inform me that this training was also never going ahead.
I requested a full refund, to be told that cancellations do happen. What I can not understand is when was I going to be told when the original training has been cancelled, and why was I the one chasing for details? Why are you booking people onto courses, and not checking they are going ahead? Why are you taking payment in full, without checking with your trainers?
I am absolutely horrified at the way this company has handled this situation.
I will never be recommending this company to anyone.

We are very sorry to read your feedback and understand that this situation was frustrating.
To clarify, we arrange training with accredited providers rather than delivering the courses directly ourselves. On this occasion, the original PASMA course was cancelled by the training centre due to circumstances outside of our control. We appreciate that this was disappointing, particularly once payment had been made.
As soon as we were notified, our team worked quickly to secure an alternative provider for the same date, as this was the only day your delegates were available. Unfortunately, the second provider subsequently confirmed they were unable to accommodate both delegates as planned.
At that stage, senior management became involved and we contacted multiple alternative centres in an effort to secure a suitable replacement. Due to availability on the specific date requested, this was not possible.
Once it became clear that we could not meet your requirements, a full refund was issued immediately. Throughout the process, our team aimed to communicate clearly and handle the situation professionally.
While cancellations by independent training providers are uncommon, they can occasionally occur due to minimum numbers or trainer availability. We regret the inconvenience caused and are sorry we were unable to secure a suitable alternative course on this occasion.

In this instance, the training provider had to cancel due to a late drop in delegate numbers, which meant they could no longer meet the awarding body’s minimum requirement to run the course. Unfortunately, weekend courses are less frequent, so we were not able to offer an alternative in time to meet your needs.
As a booking platform, we work with a wide network of accredited providers, but cancellations—while rare—are ultimately at the discretion of the training centre in line with their delivery requirements.
We truly regret the inconvenience caused and hope to have the chance to support you again in the future with a smoother experience.

Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. Done a course with them in 2023 giving us little time to prepare for a £1,500 if you fail they charge you £600 for a retake. There’s hardly any jobs that they over price these courses for it’s not worth it

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, as I have no record of a booking or resulting complaint under the name Ciara Fat, it is a little difficult for me to comment on your review from your training in 2023.
Based on the amounts that you have mentioned, I am assuming that you booked to complete a CPCS plant machinery course. These courses are not a guaranteed pass I am afraid, much like a driving course for a car and a re-sit can be around the £500-£700 mark. A re-sit usually consists of dedicated training, followed by the CPCS theory and practical tests again but the price can vary depending on how much additional training you require.
For those reading this, I would like to remind you that we are a brokerage site and as a result, we do not set the course prices or advise on recruitment at all. If you visit our website, you can see all courses that we advertise and select a course based on a price, date and location that suits your needs.
