When I called the hotel directly, they confirmed they were fully sold out for my dates and that they are not even registered on this OTA. This suggests the listing and rates shown on BookMyBooking were not genuine. Please double‑check with the hotel directly before paying, and be cautious about offers that look too good to be true.

Very bad experience. I booked two rooms paying at property and they sent me confirmation email. I forwarded that email to the hotel to confirm the reservation. The hotel denied any reservation made in my name or reservation under id 176810007486. I contacted Bookmybooking whatsapp and they told me my booking is for one bedroom which was wrong. I forward them their email showing they booked me 2 rooms and the hotel response of no booking!! They asked me to wait. After 2 hours they called me asking to pay in advance for the one room I booked to avoid any hassle due to shortage of rooms. I was already had bad impression and I told them why your email show no cancellation option!! They said send us an email for cancelation which I did. They responded that your booking has been cancelled without any charges / payment.

Do not book with them any hotel, they will always find an excuse post booking to collect more money saying hotel tarif has changed.

He said he needs these details to find my a good deal
Then he found me a deal that was too good to be true and kept insisting that I pay with a link
I said please can you just send me the link he said it’s not online anymore, very weird I went to find them online and there’s two payment links for two company and the other company has so many bad reviews

I booked a hotel in Dubai through Bookmybooking.com and paid in full. I received instant confirmation. Later the same day, Bookmybooking.com emailed me saying the price listed on their website was “wrong” and demanded that I pay a much higher amount.

I refused, because I had already paid the advertised price, and I requested a full refund.

That was two months ago — and despite many follow-up emails, they still have not returned my money.

Based on my experience, I strongly warn others to be very cautious about using Bookmybooking.com because they act more like a scammer.
