Bookloop - Dodgy online bookstore.

This online book store has very poor customer service and they have no direct phone number to call them.

We ordered a book, Parkinsons and B1 Therapy. Received it in a foreign language, possibly Russian.

If the book was ordered by mistake (in foreign language) we should have been entitled to a refund on their 30 day change of mind money back guarantee. They would not contact us until I left them negative feedback with Product Review. Then they said that they would only warrant to change of mind refund if the book was not in Russian, as ordered, and returned in original undamaged packaging.

This is contrary to ACCC rules, so they have been notified, as has my bank.

Searching the Web, there are many disgruntled customers, so BUYER BEWARE. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCHONKS.
